upon checking , the co has yet to purchase any shares back into Treasury except only one single time at 10,000 shares somewhere in July 2013 . After that , no more buying though approval given in the last AGM to purchase 10 % shares back? Those hungry sharks are waiting for cheap offer esp when the index breached 1700 and coming to support at 1650. looking as though is a speculative play to make hearts sink further when it touches a height of 582 but succumb to selling at a low of 436 n stabilises at 4.42 . No news yet after 5 pm? so what will happen tomorrow is anyone guess.

why this stock performs poorly ? last yr made 4 cts but this yr made 9 cts , doubling the profit yet its price going south from 22 cts to 9 cts? mana punya logic ? samada speculative atau apa strategy applied?

without special dividend of 96 cts , this stock may undergoing selling spree at 5.00 or below ? Deadline 30th August or a week later?

whatever it is , the price will determine the buyers or sellers not asset. It was totally illogical to equate assets with price of the day unless and until u sell the co by piece meal ?

Taiwan guru who had worked in wall street said , buying share is not for long term but price related n definitely not value related. When market had gone up 1 time double the previous low at 800 pts , we should take caution. any moment the market will due for correction without any sign ? with the impending withdrawal of QE until mid 2014 , strengthening of USD, weak gold ,fuel n commodity prices , weak exports to countries like US , EU , Japan n China , the sudden increase in interest will dampen the already weak markets. With big corrections , only the stronger souls will prevail.

sometimes , we need to be realistic...
better play it safe , my frenz , overall market sentiment is poor , even this stock give u some goodies but others may not . when u calculate all the buys n sells , the difference if positive , then u may enjoy some sweets , otherwise it will be a total different story...

oh I see ...if u bought at 80 cts n then averaging to 40 cts , it fell further to 26.5-27 cts will be hard luck for u loh.... usually , ppl will throw out the 80 cts when it drops more than 10 % coz it is going south , no point averaging unlike others where u can get a rebound soon. For this counter , prices at 26.5-27 cts r considered cheap when your returns is 1.6 cts per share. mind u this counter is making 13 cts pa compared with previous yr at 19 cts pa. so my frenz , it all depends on your price entry level . at this price , we r very comfortable n any price swing even at 0.5 ct will suffice. i concurred with cheeseburger statement under the prevailing depressed market . at this price level at RM 2100 ( ex -farm at 340 or less n its costings is RM 300 or more ) , small-holders r not getting any profit from oil palm given the high costs outlay , like fertilization, weeding , harvesting , transportation n farm maintenance unlike bigger estates where its size n economy of scale come into play may pose some profits for the estates but overall it will incur big chunks of profits lost due to the depressed price experienced for the such a long time.

buying rate dropped to 10 % , do u still have high hope for this counter today ? The actual price was 60-80 cts , up to 1.50 , later to 1.80 and touching its peak at 2.20 . now dropping back fast to 1.80 n going down to support at 1.50 . if breach the support level , the outcome is anybody guess. 2 cts pc of advice....

when the market is due for corrections whatever good news will come to naught....Today market was really bad n overall economy will suffer when so many uncertainties are brewing all over the whole wide world.

only in paper , practically it is not advisable to implement it ( pay out dividend in one lump sum under single tier system) given the reluctance expressed by the MD n management . They prefer to drawing out year by year when time to fix their own remunerations after passing of each AGM . This is perfectly right since they are controlling the co unless and until they were forced to do so by hostile take over or merger. whatever assets owned cannot be translated into cash or in share prices given the mental blocks existed right in front of our eyes. Around the end of August , I think this counter will declare dividend in the region of 16 cts like last year , so at the present prevailing price 1.20+ will be a pull factor , the overall price will be around 1.36-1.40 region. so buying now , will ensure at least 10% return... this is my guess...

technically n chart wise , this counter is going down fast coz big timers r selling in millions n the take up rate is small , like Mawar Investment . RSI is dropping fast below 70% and very high PER something in the region of more than 48? which tells us not to drabble with this share anymore. Kseng management has no future plan n to unlock its assets ans its share values . The management is worried mad to paying high premiums if land banks were to be evaluated to reflex it's actual value. They preferred to do nothing and waiting for opportunities until such time most of the lands will be grabbed by others thru acquisition or annexation. They r more comfortable to draw their directors fees yearly when the coffer is full n pay pittance to minority shareholders. This was what had transpired in the 43rd AGM held on 27th. june 2013.
