The thomson iskandariah hospital which is located at Johor is expected to completed in year 2020, this new hospital will add 500 beds to joint with tmclife's kota damansara hospital 600 beds , tmclife will be owning total of 1100 beds.From year 2019 to year 2021, the extra 500 beds or 83% increasing , i guess it will double up the revenue and profit of tmclife in 100% within year 2019 to year 2021. So thats why i will keep tight the share at least 5 years until year 2021. I have faith that it will become 5 billion market capital company in year 2021.

From the latest report, tmclife indicate 25% revenue growing after able to grow their bed from 149 beds to 200 beds recently, In year 2018, tmclife will have extra 400 beds or 200% into 600 beds after kota damansara hospital fully competed the expansion. I expected tmclife will have 200% growing in revenue and 300% growing of net profit based on scale of economic from year 2016 to year 2019.

Without including pepsi co and coca cola co ,this two multi giant drink companies.Based on my observation,It is not easy to start a company to produce drinkto match against the big 4 drink companies in malaysia. In malaysia, they are (1)seasons produced by f&n , (2)drinho by lam soon, (3) yeos by YHS & (4) rex . Rex is a small market capital (below RM100 millon ). I believe Rex have something special that able to survive against the 3 giants so many years.

As a minor shareholder, i surprise to see Kawan selling gold cake（年糕） so aggressive in the hypermarket for this monkey chinese new year.It make me feel Kawan is such a crazy company that will produce any kind of food to meet different kind of customers.Kawan is addicting to sales. More sales means more revenue, so Kawan's net profit will growing in the long term. I have a faith that kawan is the next QL and will growing to become RM5 billion company in one day.

According to a statistic, it is showing that 70% of undergraduate are female and 30 % are male only.This means more of female will have more opportunity to work in the small and medium enterprise and multinational companies who required at least undergraduate certificate. This will lead female' disposable income to become higher.This will lead the demand of cosmetic or beauty product increase, especially by the brand of eig having.Thats why i am accumulating eig start from year 2015 and will continue to do so.
