Beside IVF business which is recovering strongly,TMC also owned Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara,a premium hospital with 336 operating bed currently and maximum capacity of 554 bed when fully utilized the new wing by 2026.

my personal opinion, TMC should worth around RM2 .0 to 2.4 billion based on FY2024 EV/Ebitda of 18-20x，the target valuation consider quite conservative given the rapid capacity expansion and high growth potential in next 5 year.

With the existing 314 medical beds, the hospital segment generated RM 82 million in a quarter. TMC would increase quantity of bed to 394 (in Kota Damansara) by Jun 2024. Expect revenue up by RM 20 million per quarter for extra 80 beds.
