This is herd mentality at play: u sell, i sell, everybody sell! Result: diarrhea in share prices. Fundamental is still good compare to other business.

Now the true story of why SliTerra did not make money in the past while most other chip-makers were making tons of money.

This stock is "cheap" for a reason. Long term borrowings are more than RM 1.1 billion and total current liabilities is almost RM 0.5 billion.

5:29PM FGV FEDERAL LAND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (FELDA) (30,000,000 units Acquired)

Hold your horses. It is clear that FELDA's intention is to take FGV private by acquiring more shares from the open market at a CHEAP price. They know FGV has lots of potential grow, prosper and be highly profitable.

FGV is currently undervalued!

Good positive results from plantation-related companies this quarter! Hope FGV will follow suit.

Avoid companies with apparently "good" plans ,but no positive results. Share price keeps on dropping. Look like cc also join the sellers. Mana ada harapan!

Singapore top 3 banks achieved good commendable 2QR 2021 results. Don't underestimate Malaysian banks. They will surprise you and perform likewise?

Covid-19 esp. the Delta variant is so contagious and is unlikely to go away any time soon despite the vaccines. As people become complacent and become more reckless, this is where the next wave of spread will come. Sad to say, this had happened during the Spanish flu in 1918 where millions died. Will history repeats itself?

Read this post, u will understand SD saga a little better. Not so easy to win the case, SD. Who can tell a 'better' story? SD or KPMG?

Founders expressing their desires to buy back Serba shares(not necessary buy back NOW) after margin calls a few days' ago, at a higher price, difficult to fathom this moves? Maybe just to pump up price to look better? NO Action, words are valueless!

CEO Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah was forced sell, sold 46.3 million shares.

Datuk Awang Daud Awang Putera, co-founder and non-independent director, was also forced to sell, reducing his stake to 25.43 million shares or a 0.68% stake.

Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Serba Dinamik.

Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (KWAP) ceased to be a substantial shareholder, reduces its stake to 4.53%, from 5.24% previously.

Big fish, including funds, are not buying. Who else is buying?

After 20 min of trading, Serba share price is down; not a good sign.

Listen carefully to what chairman said yesterday. We paid auditors and they must listen to us and do what they are instructed and not to do their own things. So auditors are not independent when doing auditing. In the same vain, independent directors are not independent either when monitoring company's accounts. They are paid employees of the company. Will a independent director braves enough to bite the hands of the company that feed him when he finds something wrong with ...?

KPMG doing the confession this afternoon? Or E&Y agrees or disagrees with KPMG's findings? Unlikely to happen this afternoon!!!!

Doubtful anything significant will come out of the announcement this afternoon. New chairman take over the job just a few days ago. Can he do wanders?

Could possibly be a potential trap!

If Serba is clean and nothing to hide, why not sue KPMG?
