最近股价大热的艾力斯（IRIS，0010，创业板科技股）通过一项收购行动，将业务扩展至所罗门群岛的业务发展。

艾力斯是通过子公司艾力斯置地以269万6872令吉，认购JR发展公司扩大资本后的51%股权。

艾力斯今日向马证交所报备，艾力斯置地（Iris Land Sdn Bhd ）以269万6872令吉，认购JR发展公司股权，相等于后者扩大后股本的51%。

该报备文件指出，根据认购事项，艾力斯置地将提供2500万令吉营运资金，并在所罗门群岛规划丶设计丶建造丶管理和发展面积达100公顷的项目。

此外，JR发展将转让这面积100公顷土地的所有权利，方便执行项目。

艾力斯指出，公司主要股东和董事并没有在这项交易中，直接或间接取得任何个人利益。

又是英文财经周刊THE EDGE影响市场的一周，星期五出版的THE EDGE报导，盟汇集团（MPAY，0156，创业板）及艾力斯（IRIS，0010，创业板）正在争取大马游客退税机制（Tourist Refund Scheme，简称TRS）的管理合约，并已呈上计划书给政府，竞标结果料在农历新年后揭晓。

艾力斯股价在上周已经明显走高，受到这一报导影响，艾力斯周一开市肯定成为市场焦点。

在上周，艾力斯触及0.40零吉高点之後，周五稍微回软至0.37零吉。

根据这家英文财经的报导，盟汇集团去年12月9日公布，已与韩国Global Tax Free Co有限公司（简称GTF）建立合伙关系，以竞标TRS。 实际上，除了盟汇集团，《The Edge》财经周刊探悉，与瑞士公司Global Blue合伙的艾力斯，预计也是竞标者之一。

而另外两家竞标者，相信分别是Salihin Consulting集团私人有限公司，以及Islah Wawasan私人有限公司。两者的合作伙伴，分别是西班牙Innova Tax Free集团以及爱尔兰的Premier Tax Free公司。

《The Edge》援引消息报道指出，招标者要求竞标者需和一家国际集团合作，后者需懂得建立丶营运及拥有系统，在游客退税领域需有至少5年的经验。

同时，联营公司主要的51%股权，必须由大马企业所持有。

据悉，成功得标的公司，在首年营运或可取得5000万令吉的营业额，2019年时则估计会翻倍增长。

Look up The Edge last week. The analysis is there. IRIS boss over the weekend did not mentioned the GST refund contract so I guess he is not confident. Iris boss just talk about his Sentuhan Kasih projects with Felda and the foreigner ID card project. Whilst Mpay has made announcements about the tourist project and the new FC also just started buying. So indications are there who is more confident of getting...furthermore there is an announcement of a Bumiputra participation in the project. Indications are there that Mpay is aware and will undertake a new bumiputra shareholder partner to win the contract. Heard its the Albukhary group.
