XOX 上市的时候就备受争议，因为当时上市她已经是连续几年亏损的公司。上市后她也没让大家失望，持续的亏损，直到 2013 4Q才看到一些盈利，过后 2014 1Q 又继续的亏损。

财务来说，这家公司唯一可取的地方是没有任何的贷款，但同时现金也不多，再加上年年亏损，所以财务方面并不太理想。

论前景，ＸＯＸ　是提供电讯服务的，如　Ｄｉｇｉ，　Ｍａｘｉｓ　和　Ｃｅｌｃｏｍ　一样，要和三大龙头和其他公司竞争不是一件容易的事，除非　ＸＯＸ　能闯出一片蓝海，但从资料里看，我还未留意到　XOX 有任何特别的策略来应付这个问题。

这家公司由三个人所创办： Dato’ Seri Abdul Azim Bin Mohd Zabidi, Ng kok Heng 和 Wong Yip Kee。

上市后，他们陆陆续续的卖出股份，目前三人的股份都低于 10%，卖股的举动让人非常质疑。

再回看公司的董事变动，这一年很多董事都离职了，更为重要的是连创办人之一的 Ng Kok Heng 也以退休的理由在 09-12-2013 辞职。
