The Board of Directors of Malton wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for new recurrent transactions which the Company and/or its subsidiaries intends to enter into with parties related to a director, major shareholder or a person connected with such director or major shareholder of Malton at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened by the Company.

recently just heard from my fren property agent that icity might do not have enough fund to build the shopping mall and might be cancelled or postponed. do not know is true or fake.

i would like to ask, if i still keep the warrant after the right issue, will the price drop to the adjusted price?

i dint miss the boat, my average price was rm0.6 last year. cz is impossible for them to buy all the inari share for non stop, there will be limit for them to stop cz they have limited of fund..
