QUICK TAKE: The Prince of Johor has struck again and this time, he writes about the true meaning of leadership.

In a posting put up in the Johor Southern Tigers Facebook page late on Monday morning, Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim talks about leaders without integrity and how a cowardly leader is the most dangerous of men.

"My grandfather, the late Sultan Iskandar used to say, the supreme quality of leadership is integrity. Unfortunately in today's world, there is not much of this quality to be found.

"He also said that a cowardly leader is the most dangerous of men, and that one of the tests of leadership is the ability to recognise a problem before it becomes an emergency. He also taught me that great leaders muster the courage to fulfill his (sic) vision from passion, not position," he posted.

The crown prince is spot on saying that the nation's "leaders" lack integrity.

Tunku Ismail may be referring to Prime Minister Najib Razak, who is largely seen as a leader unwilling to take on issues pertinent to the country head on – often commenting on issues only after it had escalated beyond repair, or prefers to stay mum altogether.

Critics say that the nation has been on auto-pilot mode under "leaders" who lack integrity, as well as the ability to lead the people by example.

If great leaders really do muster the courage to fulfill vision from passion, not position, then we have precisely zero such leaders. Nowadays, it's all about position and the perks and power that come with it.

Tunku Ismail then gave some advice to "leaders in every sector of government, NGOs and organisations in Johor."

"Lead and inspire the people. Do not try to manage and manipulate people. Inventories can be managed, but people must be led by example and with integrity.

"Remember that the key to a successful leadership today is influence, not authority. There is no point having authority if you cannot influence the people. If you have authority but command no influence, it is a sign that you are not worthy of being a leader."

Indeed. Sadly however, Putrajaya today is all about authority. Najib is not well known for having a large influence over Malaysians (he is the first Malaysian Prime Minister who lost the popularity vote) and several of his unpopular moves have become the fodder for Malaysians to further dislike him.

Regardless, Najib seems to be asserting his authority through the various enforcement agencies under his command.

You insult Umno or certain leaders in Putrajaya, to jail you go! Those who dare question or criticise Putrajaya's moves, may end up behind bars.

Tunku Ismail then said "it seems that things I say usually ruffle more than a few feathers, so I say in the context of Johor, which is close to my heart.

"Last but not least, I am blessed to have been raised and taught by two great leaders, the late Sultan Iskandar and Sultan Ibrahim. My father, my King."

The post has, as of the time this article was written, garnered more than 13,000 likes and over 1,300 shares.

Netizens had unanimously voiced their support for the crown prince , who has been of late, vocal against Putrajaya – some of which had received rebuke from federal ministers.

In fact, what Tunku Ismail has been saying all this while is the collective voice of the ordinary Malaysian disgruntled by the state the nation is currently in, and disappointed by the lack of solid leadership to helm the ship. The voice, which often gets ignored and drowned by threats of imprisonment and judicial crackdown, but rings out louder when it comes from a former premier or a member of the royalty.

For that, the majority of Malaysians will stand steadfast by Tunku Ismail and the royalty, or any people minded leaders, who speak out on their behalf.

Selling volume is much heavier than buying volume and price trend is always gradually and not sharp downwards during the last few weeks, it means the unloading of inventory of big sharks are always finished... but not yet. It will retrace to where it started at 8 cts. Those who bought much higher will get trapped and permanently trapped if delisting really happens.
aliyusof Lousy_result, even with such clear indications of company status, they will be die hard speculators who rush in to buy...most of them will get trapped and cried later.

mon is the T+4 for 1.40-1.42 ==> range ideally 1.26 to 1.36 with a 10cent range,naturally to close low...
tue is my HAKKA reversal (trend setting) day ,also coincide with the traders ' half year or month end window dressing day.... ideally close up say, 1.35-1.36-or more...or any gain is good enough.... if true then we should be bullish on the trend to continue (say for another 30cts?)

***IF tue close negative (loss) then all the higher TPs, is less likely,and the short term traders should get out temporary on rebound...☯☯☯

P/s : I am mindful of the negative devts*** on the Grexit/euro front and the bearish impact on KLCI. Also China ...can have jittery impacts on local syndicates..

KLCI's 20 points (round figures) drop 1710 to 1690 is enough....

if there is no 10-12 points rebound/recovery to 1700-2 , things are bad...EPF boys cant cop and cant handle...we should watch out....these are poor-hands, believe me.....I dont trust them with my EPF savings....

To be definative....the 1.30 bar has to cleared with convincing volume of 100.000 lot (day total 200,000) other wise beware of jumping in and overcommitment in this counter...he has to repeat his behaviour of 16June.otherwise he can play with himself....there are other counters counters coming in and vieing for players attention..............
