The lies that investment bankers tell, why is Maybank analyst doing seminars and writing articles saying that the TP of topglove is rm20?, And yet their ceiling price for margin borrowing is valued at rm9.41?

Isn't this the least dishonest and unreliable for one side to say topglove is worth this much, and yet use my selling price as a guide to value how much risk they can bear for topglove?

Funny how some people value stocks.

Nathan, just because you posted an article doesn't mean the share price will just jump up to the sky like that. You need to be able to buy serbadk and hold for 3-5 years so that the block 7 investments will complete, the asset sharing of power plants will generate long term income and growth is assured. Right now you are INVESTING for the future, if you cannot hold for 6 months to 3 years, you will not be a successful investor.

Supermax is worth 1/4 of PCHEM. One is 10 billion, the other is 40 billion.
But pchem revenue and earnings in 1 month, is more than what supermax earns in it's best 12 months.
So... In reference:

In one quarter of 3 months: PCHEM makes 4 billion in revenue and 600 million in earnings.
Supermax can do 2 billion in revenue and 600 million in earnings for the next 10 years?

Right now topglove is worth almost as much as Pchem, 40+ billion range

Except pchem does 4 billion in revenue and 500 million in earnings.
Pchem does more business in a quarter than topglove does in its best year.

What am I missing?

That is a bit racist, but to reach their own. You can also try to ask Bursa Malaysia directly, but as their personal is also a lot of Malays like you said, they may not be willing to help you. I myself have a long relationship with my Maybank and bursa investment bankers, so o don't find that problem at all.

Hi windy? How do we support you.
1. We do not know your real name, and can only assume you are 46 years old.
2. You have sold all your Jaks shares, how can we support you to become CEO of JAKS when you don't support it yourself?
3. Do you have any experience in power plant, business management or previous experience as CEO? More importantly, is Jaks your father company?
4.alp has 50 million to buy cheap Jaks shares, do you have the same? He also had 80 million underwriter in proxy share to support him during bod meeting, how about you?
5. I doubt the total retail buying capability of dk66 followers can commit to more than 8% of outstanding shares. And I don't think 50k monthly salary is mediocre for you. But even 600k yearly salary is enough for you to change management, if KYY couldn't do it, what makes you think you have the ability to do so?

Good luck anyway.

Windy1974 Philip. Indeed the management was not acting in the best interest of shareholders. For self interest? FYI, i have sold all my JAKS shares due to uncertainty. Only holding 150k of JAKS-WB now at 0.623 everage price.
Let's see what happen...
If all DK66 followers willing to support me, i will be a dumb CEO of JAKS and promise to cease all JAKS business except PP. I will distribute JAKS 80% income as dividend. And i will get a mediocre RM50k monthly salary.
Please support me when the time comes. Will buy back approaching COD

To those who are holding glove stocks, when the banks themselves are capping margin ceiling prices, you know it's speculative. When your uncle and auntie is taking out FD to buy glove related businesses and everything else because glove stocks are overpriced, you can hear the polar ice caps cracking.

My holding period is already said is 3 years after pangerang open up, it's in my article where I highlight exactly why I buy Pchem, with a target hold of 3-10 years.

How did you turn a long term investment decision into a short term trading call? Pangerang not yet complete you already sell. Now you blame me? Trader want to be investor?

I will admit it, pchem was a bad call for you.

So, now that we have not 1 rights issue but 2 in recent years, with more dilution expected, the question becomes what happened to the money? The construction gains that was supposed to pay for the 30% ownership? Why are JAKS investors being asked to dilute in such a way right in the middle of MCO when price is at the weakest.

Can honestly say that management is acting in accordance to shareholders interest? Now with the underwriting and alp dilution to buy 50 million of shares at 40 cents in JAKS, have you ever wondered where alp is going to get the money to do such an activity?

Yes the PP is very straightforward. But you as the minority shareholder, have you received any dividend from JAKS before?

Hi Philips. You are indeed knowledgeable and your argument is valid. Yes, I am a JAKS holder and i reckon it's always good to have such meaningful arguments. You invested in solid and well managed companies and I always believe it's not the sector but the management that's crucial. Eg. Layhong vs QL.
On your statement below. Obviously, you have gathered some infos. The PP is run by a reputable China company. So, the issue would be what gonna happen when the money come to JAKS. If the management doesn't act in accordance to shareholders interest, can we kick them out? From shareholding, ALP doesn't seem to hold majority in JAKS? Can I say that the business is PP is so straight forward that any professional CEO would get the result as expected?

Warrants cannot get dividends. Karim unload warrants to buy shares is a smart idea during this period. Shares is paying 1.2 cent dividend. At
My lowest price I bought rm1.12 in march. Today the dividends will be earning me 1.2 cents or 1% dividend. So if every quarter get dividend, holding warrants long term may not be the best option, especially if they don't use the dividend money to do share buyback instead to maintain liquidity.

Yes confirmation bias is the worse problem of new investors. They think they have to defend their stocks instead of letting results do their talking. A very simple question, why would you sell 20% of your holdings as a core director with 20+ years of experience, what are you going to do with 60+ million bonanza?

Honestly, does anyone think the share price of glove stocks post covid will be higher than during covid19? If the answer is yes, then is it possible for you to time the market and know exactly when investors will start selling glove stocks.

What kind of explanation of that?

I have been to hutang melintang before, and Leong hup layer farming in Bukit gambit Johor. Y both have the exact system going on which is learned from Tyson industries. Their chicken beds and egg layers were also from the same source.

Have you visited their farms before? That is why I'm confused, what is Leong hup doing that is different from QL? I'm not looking to argue here. I'm actually very interested to know, because I have a lot of money invested in QL, so if you can provide some information I would happily treat you bak kut teh. If you can join my telegram discussion to talk further I am even more in your debt.

But I need dinner information, which farm did you visit for lhi, and what is the difference between lhi and ql layer farming method? If you repeat rubbish, dirt etc I don't understand.

What is different from lhi Johor operations that are being done that is different from hutang melintang operations by QL?

>>>>>>>>

upersaiyan3 Philip, you know, rubbish, like dirt. Dirt you know?

Still don't understand? Go buy some chicks from QL, buy their feed, and raise your own chicken. Then maybe you have a chance to understand.

I said LHI is " professional chicken breeder by international standard. ".

That means LHI is two level higher than QL in poultry at least.

Its like PhD and high school graduate both can get a job, but level of knowledge is different. Layer is easy to do (QL). Layer breeder is more difficult. LHI got grand parent stock which is the parents of layer breeder.

You have no interest to learn anyway.

Young kids like you buy gloves based on price, I sold topgloves based on the convertible bond which was valued at 6.3, when they raised the 200m bond. At rm8, the bond was in the money and confirmed full conversion and 10% dilution of topglove stocks. Doing selling at rm10.30 was already very overvalued intrinsically based on long term prospects.

But young investors think covid19 going to last forever and glove sales asp going to go up up for the next 5 years.

Hi supersaiyan,

Your comment here is very interesting, can you expand on the rubbish part? What is lhi doing more efficiently then QL here and what is the difference in earnings? How is the poultry not doing well?

QL layer farming is not international standard? That is news to me, because I thought they both used monsato technology?

>>>>>>

Regarding poultry, QL eggs has volume. All QL knows is feed the chicken and collect eggs, follow management procedures, sell eggs and collect money. Just like old ah Pak rear 50 chickens, only QL has the scale and (much) more money. (QL feed is rubbish by the way) QL also trades raw material, that trading arm is the key to keep QL poultry alive really.

Technically LHI knows much more than that. LHI is not only integrated, it is also a professional chicken breeder by international standard.
