Both Orion and Orion-WA are in the top 10 highest volume, over RM 35 mil and 300 mil shares traded for both mother share and warrant combined. It is not a hot sector like O&G, and normally fund managers and foreign investors won't be interested in ACE market.

why does it raise from 2.3X to 3.50 in Q4 without significant improvement in profit vs Q1 and Q2? Do you think the market HAS YET to price in the accretion?

PE and EPS do not count the potential future earnings.

EPS will be diluted by 10% after the private placement. In another word, the share price will be discounted for 10%. If now the fair value for Serba is RM 3.50, after private placement it should be RM3.15. Further more coming Q4 result high possible is a -YoY and -QoQ due to acquisition expenses (business, new building, etc), the share price will goes down further.

That's why I mentioned end Feb is the best time to buy back.

Private placement was mentioned in their 2016 annual report, I was wondering when it gonna come. Finally it comes.

Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd proposes to undertake a private placement to raise RM433.88 million.

It told Bursa Malaysia that the proposed private placement entails the issuance of up to 133.5 million new shares representing up to 10% of its total number of issued shares of 1.34 billion as at January 3, 2018.

Proceeds raised will be used for the development of Pengerang eco-Industrial Park, Pengerang International Commercial Centre and working capital for the Tazania project.

Serba Dinamik said the proposed private placement is currently the most appropriate avenue to raise funds as it can be implemented immediately and it will serve as additional source of funding for the group without incurring additional interest expenses.

The group added that the exercise will improve its liquidity and financial flexibility by strengthening its financial position.

The proposed private placement is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2018.

which I don't think the earning is catching up like the share price. PE above 14 is a sign of overvalue as most of the research banks only given PE 12. For those who bought at 1.8X-2.0X, I suggest you cash out your capital and leave your earning in this counter and come back after Q2 QR announcement.

@SuperPanda Dont worry, haters wont last long in this forum. I was targeted by a hater in Evergreen and SerbaDk forum (you still can see his comments in my blogs), during the bad time, he was firing at all cylinders, he also fired at other investors in HengYuan and Petron forum. MIA long time ago since their share prices shoot up (Evergreen not yet).

So just chill, the result will give a big slap to haters’ face, just a matter of when.
