bjaya, I don't think is the same case for TunePro because AAX was suffering huge losses RM100-200mil per quarter continuously that leads to where it is now. TunePro is making profit. Unless TunePro also suffer huge losses of 10-20mil per quarter continuously, which is less likely to happen due to less factors that will affect its profit compare to AAX.

Even with 3Q result, EPS at 16.7 and P/E at 11.7, if we annualized T3Q, EPS would be 23.47 and P/E only at a miserable 8.35!
So unless next QR 0 profit or suffer loss, else PE for sure will be lower than 11.

If the result were good and EPS able to hit 6.0 and above, the T4Q EPS could be above 22 (16.7 + 6.0). Given the P/E of 11, SerbaDk's TP could be easily RM2.40!!

Interesting, by looking at the historical share price and QR results, I found that it has a similar pattern during Aug15-Jan16 (ave 14m NP in 3 QRs, dropped to historical low RM1.10) vs Feb17-Jul17 (ave 13m NP in 3 QRs, dropped to RM1.12, very close to historical low). Both NP and chart pattern were similar. Dejavu.

Hi, it has been in my watch list for some time. I like the concept of digitize the insurance and I like the vision that TunePro wanted to be the leader in digital insurance. With AirAsia expanding their flying route, I believe it has a little positive impact in long term (due to very low travel insurance fees). I think it is undervalue currently.

I searched for internet but I can't find any bad news that could leads to the down fall of its share price to the current RM 1.12. Can anyone here can enlighten me what are the possible reasons? Could it be the insiders who are cashing out due to poorer result in the coming QR?

KitKat, oil price doesn't affect much on SerbaDk, regardless of the oil price, the oil machines still running, maintenance is still necessary to keep those machines safe and efficient.

Please read SerbaDK IPO prospectus to understand its business natural and risks that may affect its business and operation (pg 47, section 5.1). The risk of fluctuation in O&G was mentioned in section 5.2.1. It is more to impact on the industry rather than to its business and operation.

My suggestion: Do not invest unless you have fully understood SerbaDk business and risk factors.

KitKat, it is purely due to the speculation of Qatar diplomatic crisis. The investors had concern with its impact on SerbaDk business in Qatar, which contributed almost 1/5 of total revenue. Next 2-3 QR reports will tells does it true.
I wrote a blog to explain why Qatar crisis doesn't affect SerbaDk business in middle east. With Africa expansion, it is a good stock to hold for medium to long term, the profit in next 2-3 QR will push its price up if SerbaDk is doing well.

joetay, you are right, the market perceived LCT IPO was too high, and the reasonable price should be RM 6.30 - RM 6.40. The message was loud and clear.

It is also the timing. LCT launched during the bearish period. If it were to launch during early of this year, it may be the different scenario.

I believe at the end of the day, if LCT can perform and increases its revenue and net profit consistently throughout the years, investors will be soon forgotten the IPO and start to investing in it by given the lower PE vs PChem. If it can't, then it will become a sleeping stock with lower trade value.

The product lines can contribute in 2nd half 2017. So next QR may not be exceptional. But for sure it will be better the previous one. Nov it will starts to climb

I already forecasted the price will stabalize between 1.90 to 2.00 until QR announces. Dare to bet it will drops below 1.90 in a few days? I doubt.
