after i read the report in the link, my conclusion is "you shuo deng yu mei shuo". Means equivalent to not saying anything. The report not really useful. Mentioning target price between 51 cents to 88 cents? Gap so wide? What is this?

this counter i dun bet on their PL account, but i think its good bet based on its asset value after i did my valuation ... i loaded some n let see how it perform .... the asset is in billions, and its properties type. Personally i feel positive with this counter.

Assuming Parkson go bankrupt, share price drop to 0. So parkson have to sell all asset to close business. The revenue from selling asset will be distributed among all the share holders. So question is how much each share holders will get from the closing of business.
