i'm a bit skeptical about this counter, a lot of borrowings, can be good can be bad ... no much financial records to check as well ... kiv.

need patience for this counter ... when nobody want it anymore, big guys will come in to grab if fundamental is good ... big guys will stay away when everyone talk about it.

i like dividend paying stocks ... means management is generous to share holders.

dun panic, financially still doing good, someone trying to scare the market and slowly collecting at lower prices .... I'm preparing to collect more later on.... unless there are some insiders bad news about the co that we are not aware of.

Technically, it should go back to RM0.685 due to a gap down. Fundamentally, the financial side is still healthy.

If you read the financial reports carefully, it will go above RM1.30 for sure.

Financial result looks ok, profit margin better, i will hold a bit longer for a while and see where it goes....

it wont fly high, it will move up marginally in slow pace due to not very encouraging financial reports .... only wander where is the stop point.

If their financial report is real, i think this stock can fly, result not bad.

1.50..just read the previous qtr report, seems like only at fair price, not undervalue, the price may go down further first ....

i dunno the director or management. maybe someone can comment on that. i locked in 200 shares only to inspect its performance n movement.

if 4 cents is total dividend, its 4.5% return, higher than FD, not bad.

@Stockskid thx for tinkering .. i just read the report, profit still not encouraging even though losses is reducing ... but the balance sheet looks healthy with surplus of cash against debts.

today this counter is active ... financially they r not doing well since history ... short term would be a frying stock.

i dun feel it will drop to 1.50 before raise again....

this counter mid term looks good....hold.

this counter looks ok so far fundamentally. i dun think it will crash further.

thx to maelxpdc for providing a list of counters for me to research. whoever keen to invest in those stocks, this is my comment:

1. many counters being listed need to be careful, fundamentally weak.
2. i shortlisted a few good gems that i feel its good, but beware of the industry as they are doing furniture businesses.
3. Homeriz, Pohuat, Signature typically you can look into details.
4. the rest 50% i'm neutral, another 50% i will say not worth to focus.

i will avoid this counter fundamentally.

financially this counter looks ok, but i a bit peculiar about the co due to incomplete report in their AR. Some accounts statements not found. Also, the directors look like scare to show faces in the report. KIV but with cautious.

a co who refuse to give dividend you shld avoid. it means they r selfish and dun want to share the profit. selfish management is not reliable. i will ignore this counter.

dun worry, it will come down. currently a bit over price.

i wander who set the target price, this is a weak counter that shldn't involve as well.

this is not a good counter fundamentally for long term ... can swing the focus to somewhere.

fundamentally u can forget about this stock .... horrible business that poorly managed.

Our job is to educate retail investors and shared our knowledge as well to equip them better from being eaten up by crocodiles in the pool.

After review the latest quarterly report, the co overall shld be making losses when comes to year end. I estimated the fair price for this counter should be around 18 cents. Just my evaluation.

looking at EPS and NAV, fair price should be around 1.25.

Quarterly revenue is declining. The current price is still over value. Target fair price should be below 1.44.
