The stock is EXPENSIVE compared to its peers. At 0.965 it is still trading at 13.5x PE. Other similar counters are trading at 6 to 8 times PE.

No point speculating. Just wait another couple of days to see what happens. On the UMA, i can be pretty sure it will be the same standard answers ... the Directors are not aware of any developments other than those that had been announced.

The director is totally irresponsible to the shareholder, resigning stating "PERSONAL REASONS', knowing that he will caused the stock to tumble. The least that he could do is to explain to the minority shareholders what the personal reason is all about or to tell the truth and ensure the shareholders that the company is in good hands and he still holds a majority shareholding.

buy. the dividend is fantastic. every year they declare 8 sens. At 1.25 current price, the yield is 6.4%. Even at 1.60, the dividend is 5%.
