Try compare this few months sideway volume and last year sideway volume.

Try to see some chart like Xingquan and Maxwell, few days before PN17 the volume is high but price cannot move up. And most of the stock if they are really pump up, before that the volume is very low. Volume low can avoid retailers attention so that less retailers are compete with operator to collect low.

If they are accumulating, daily volume should be low. Now the daily volume is not really low
