Dishonest raider is not able to tell the truth.

The intrinsic value of Hengyuan was RM2.00 (my estimate).

On the basis of imagination, dishonest raider concocted that Hengyuan was worth RM45. Raider's dishonesty was classic conman snakeoil promotion. PE of Hengyuan was 3 and it should enjoy the same PE as Petdag because they were in similar industry!

For a while, dishonest raider was a genius. Dishonest raider told everyone, he would be holding and not selling. Price reached RM 18.00. Then it fell to RM13. Suddenly, he too revealed (copying KYY) that he waa saved because of his stop loss.

Anyway, very soon he told everyone he had bought again when the price of Hengyuan continued to drop. This time, he again that he had bought for the long term, again promoting his target price of RM 45. Very undervalued and he will never sell. All these are documented in the Hengyuan forum


Don't waste time with a dishonest chap. His lying will not stop. Just enjoy observing this dishonest dishonest raider. Poor chap indeed who confused his gambling with margin of safety chorus.

At 3.35 last Friday, the price of Careplus has dropped 22.1% over last week.

Will margin calls or new rulings imposed by individual stock broker in managing risk, lead to further sell-down in glove stocks?

At 17.90 last Friday, Supermax price has declined 21.8% over 7 days.

More pain today. Very good quarterly earnings reported and yet the price drops.

At 1.47 last Friday, HLT price has declined 41.7% over 7 days. More pain today.

How and where were the money used?

What projects, research and development have materialised?

Have these been monetised or are these successful in bringing in incomes/profits?

Who are the people who bought the newly created shares through private placements? Are they still owning these shares?

Who are the employees who bought shares in this company? Are they still owning these shares today?

Why the 2 significant directors bought shares worth RM 10,000 each in the recent months? Looks like these are the only shares they own today in this company. Did they own shares in this company in past, since this company raised a lot of money from its employees through SIS (ESOS)? What has happened to previously owned shares, is relevant?

The right issues highlights this company's incessant need to raise money to stady on-going. Following its past behaviour, this capital raising will be implemented at the soonest possible. Would you like to guess how soon?

The SC should at least enquire into how this company has used its privileged publicly listed entity to tap market funds to ensure transparency and regularity. MWDG (the minority watchdog group)should attend the AGM of this company to raise relevant questions to shed light further.

For the next few quarters, Supermax will probably enjoy its 50% PBT margin, the highest among all the glove companies.

Its profit before tax for the next quarter, I projected to be RM 1 billion. Less the tax, we can anticipate a PAT for the coming qtr to be about RM 750 million.

Due to increasing average selling price of gloves, we can project that for the next 4 qtrs, the total PAT earnings to be RM 4 billion.

At its present price of 24.80 (Market cap of RM 67 billion), it is trading at a 2021 forward PE of 67/4 = about 17x.

However, beyond the next year or 2, the pandemic induced demand should vanish and its business normalises to those of past. Assuming that post pandemic, its PAT halves to RM 2 billion per year, we are paying at today's price of 24.80 , a forward PE of 34x. [In general, glove companies with a reasonable growth have been valued at 30 to 35x PE.]

Knowing this company's business, it will drop back to its previous price of 40 sen or so.

Why? Because though its profits maybe high, its free cash flow can only support the price of 40 sen or thereabout. This has been the case for many years already.

Look for the lowest cost producer.


Looks like Hartalega remains the lowest cost glove producer (manufacturing). Topglove is closing the gap.

Supermax enjoys the best profit margin today because it captures both the manufacturing profits and the distribution profits of all its manufactured gloves.
