Setting PP lower than current market price will trigger some uneasy feelings among current shareholders as the PP investor able to buy at much lower price. So in some cases they dump the shares and as a result the price crash to below PP price.

However, on the positive side - Ekovest share price already increased substantially and the willingness of the investors of PP to buy at current 'high' price indicates high value of the company. So in longer term the share price could move higher.
