Before syndicate sell their shares, they go around spreading rumors, after that unload big chunks of share on hand, when inexperienced investors see share prices falling, they go along with the selling. Syndicate then wait at bottom prices, buy back and gain from uptrend. This cycle will keep repeating itself.

Pekor, you buy shares based on own research or hearsay? People who buy shares from friends/outsider/relatives or news announcement usually came in too late. Suggest take up value investment courses, learn candlestick, study company's report & see youtube on guide for investment. If you don't have experience.
