The Marco Warrant will end soon, I foresee the EPS of the Marco will drop if most of the warrant holder convert to mother share.

Both MPCorp, MKLand and Dutaland share some same characteristic. Both holding some prime land but still not making big money during the property boom time. This is the reason why their price still not really up compare to other property company. If their future project success, the price will up but if their project unable to sell, then the price might not be exciting. MKLand loan is almost settled. Dutaland loan also not much left. Once Dutaland sell the estate in Sabah, will become cash cow company, but still waiting. Same goes to MPCorp, need to sell or JV with other company to redevelop the Wisma MPL in order to settle their current liabilities. So, which one is the good bet? Maybe I will wait longer to choose the right one though the price might up during that time, but better invest in money making company than waiting until no end.

"planted 2,100 hectares of oil palms in Sabah, which will start yielding in 4 years time. (based on RM60,000 per hectare, market value when trees matured would be RM126 mil, or 63 sen per share." I think the land is not belongs to Gadang, anyway, I also like Gadang very much!

I will buy back this share if the the EPS can maintain in 4.5sen this quarter. Want to know the effect of losing P&G and J&J distributionship.

If I am not mistaken, the initial cost for YES network increase from RM2.5bil to RM3.5bil. Anyway, for long term, the FROG VLE is good to promote YES network.

No need to worry too much. This counter has EPS 0f 4 sen annually, should worth RM0.36 if consider PE of 9. If compare to OCK, worth more!

Note : conversion method (a) 2 L&G-LA to 1 L&G
0r (b) 1 L&G-LA+13 cents CASH to 1 L&G
Is the method 2 is true??? If this is the case, I guess everyone will use method 2 as the cost price for LR
Method 1:(0.045 + RM0.13 = RM0.175) X 2 = RM0.35
Method 2: 0.045 + 0.13 + 0.13 = RM0.305

Yee Lee EPS ard 5sen! Means around 20 sen annually! So, the PE is below 6 which I think is deeply undervalue consider its strong brand name such as Helang cooking oil and also Spritzer mineral water.

Instacom is good for the free warrant, but PE10 may not that attrative. Do you have an idea of the PE of how many good counter in Malaysia is less than 10? YEE LEE, KFIMA, most of the property counters is less than 10, even YTL Power also with PE of 10, so, nothing is so special with PE of 10. Anyway, Instacom is a company with good business model.

For current price, YTL Power is very safe for investment. I have bought this share 8 years ago. Though not really earn a lot, but I am sure that the management team is good and reliable. This counter will shine when the crisis coming. Check the history if your are free.

Actually is the earning per share decrease for last 2 quarter. If their eps can maintain 1.3 sen per quarter, then this counter is good in term of dividend and capital gain.

As announced earlier, YTL Power International Berhad (“YTL Power”) received a letter of award from the Energy Commission (“EC”) dated 27 May 2014 addressed to SIPP Energy Sdn Bhd (“SIPP”), which provided for participation by YTL Power and Tenaga Nasional Berhad as consortium members (“TNB”) for the development of a 1,000 MW – 1,400 MW combined cycle power plant (the “Project”) to be located in the State of Johor.
The EC in its media release on 31 May 2014 announced that the conditional award was required to fast track the construction of the Project to meet system requirements and that the terms of the award stipulated that the tariff must be comparable to the Prai CCGT tender exercise concluded in 2012 that was awarded to TNB. The EC has been transparent over the terms of the award which have been announced. Notwithstanding the EC’s clarification, there has, in recent weeks, been much misunderstanding and public debate over the award of the Project.
We are thankful to the Government for having confidence in YTL Power, as part of the consortium, to deliver the Project on a fast track basis. However, in view of the misconception over the Project, YTL Power has decided not to participate in the Project under the present arrangement to dispel any misgivings over the Government’s commitment to transparency and good governance.
YTL Power welcomes any opportunity to participate in the Project or other new capacity requirements on a competitive basis and is prepared to do so on an accelerated timeline. We are confident that we will be able to offer competitive rates as demonstrated in recently concluded tender exercises.
YTL Power remains committed to investing in this country under the leadership of the present Government and supporting the Government’s Economic Transformation Programme.
