MKLand holding very good pieces of land. Anyway, the management still weak in creating value for the shareholder even in property super cycle. Luckily, the company still able to make money lately. Hope that in future the company will be able to make profit so that we can make profit as well. Usually poor management company able to have lot of land as they don't know how to create the value, very ironic. Good management such as Hua Yang, Sunway and etc not really has such a big landbank compare to MKLand. Too funny!

I think if you buy the share at the low price and wait, you will ultimately earn money, cold eyes introduce ASAS, Kfima, DKSH, TDM, HuaYang, FACB, Plenitude and Zhulian, mostly provide positive earning if you buy few years back, don't buy when the price is up. We need to think whether the price is right when we buy the share. Just use the method and prinsip, I guess we can earn slow but steady money! =)

Joshua, this counter rely heavily on CPO price. It is very sensitive to CPO price as the company does not produce any product from its production unlike PPB. I guess the fair P/E for this counter is around 10 as its low volume. Its NTA is quite good compare to the RM3.33. In my opinion, better monitor another quarter before buying as election is coming soon unless you are long term player.

For Landmark, refurbishment work at The Andaman, Langkawi to be completed soon; Phase 1 Treasure Bay to open in 2013. Earnings irrelevant for now. But, the earning will increase next year if everything is in place. BTW, this is not a fast moving counter, you have to wait it to bear fruit. The fruit shall be harvested in year 2013 after 4 years long waiting time. FACB, MBSB, cold eyes recommended in Nanyang, price is no longer cheap in my opinion.

Landmrk also is another hidden gem for me. Once Treasure Bay in Bintan Island operate, the EPS will increase. With NTA more than RM3.50, RM1 is really a good price. Genting hold more than 30% in this share.

What about NAIM (5073), own >30% of Dayang share, with cash and > 2000 acres of landbank in Sarawak plus lot of construction works in hand. If you guys free, can have a look.

If u satisfy with 3% D.Y. and earn few sen when the gold price increase, or you believe Gold price will increase to RM2000 next year, this is the counter. But mind you, could be quite slow. Notice of Dividend 1.5 sen most likely announced by Jan and ex on Feb.

Most of the property company is facing LOW PE in second half of the year. I no longer hold this share but I still believe that this counter is a good counter in term of balance sheet and also value of the land plus second bridge in Penang!

"Percetakan Keselamatan Nasional is actually appointed sole agent printing "money note" or Malaysia government and also confidential documents". This is the reason why I not dare to buy so much in this share as it is too GLC. When election is near, this share could be violate very much. What if BN... ??? Anyway, the fundamental is super strong and EPS also increasingly all the years. I just try to see from both sides, pro and con in this counter.

IPP in Malaysia only give YTLP ard 15% of the profit. With more than
RM9Bil in hand, when they buy new asset, the price can up again. YES also will reach breakeven very soon. Anyway, YTL Power-W is another good choice if you think the mother can up some more.

Then just wait and let time to prove. The company started to plant the oil palm at year 2007. Kindly check annual report from 2007 to 2011. Should be able to get a lot of info. Anyway, they bought in the 15000 acres land with RM3000 plus in year 2007, now already worth RM15000 per acre. Means the land itself worth RM225 mil. This company only has 133 mil shares, means the land itself worth more than RM1.60 not including others business. So, NTA also considered cheap. If you eye for near term, maybe this is not a wise investment as Winny mentioned, but if you eye for long term, is still considered a good choice compare to others plantation company.

Najib, FYI, Plenitude (Ard RM1.30 in cash) and KESM (Ard RM2 in cash)can beat Kfima in term of cash per share and their share price also below KFima. U can check yourself. There are too many good shares out there!

A good undervalue company with lands bought before 2005. NA easily more than RM3 per share if revalue yet the price is only RM1.05. 5 sen dividend means ard 5% DY.

Besides house and the earlier investment in ASM, I invest all my money in share market. Also same as you, 40% cash and 60% shares. Malaysia's shares include YTL Power, MK Land, L&G, Naim, SBC Corp, Landmark and Redtone, whereas Singapore shares include First Reit and LippoMall.
