（吉隆坡18日訊）建築市場雖放緩，美德再也（MITRA,9571,主板建筑組）仍持續競標24億令吉建築合約，放眼10億令吉建築合約。

該公司董事經理陳永標向《The Edge》表示，公司除了競標中24億令吉建築合約外，也正在準備競標額外3億令吉的建築合約。


“即使無法達到10億令吉的目標，但攫取6億至7億令吉的可能性還是比較大。”
他補充，一個馬來西亞公務員房屋計劃（PPA1M）及另一項私人界的項目，若成功攫取，公司離10億令吉的目標就不遠了。
他表示，每項建築項目賺幅為5%至7%，但透過工程技術的改進，預期可取得9%至10%的賺幅。
他說，目前建築領域放緩，形成競爭加劇，以致公司必須降低地賺幅以攫取合約。
擬脫售南非資產
該公司核心業務為建築領域、產業業務及南非產業投資，分別貢獻公司70%、19%及11%的營業額。
“公司正在伺機脫售南非的資產。”
該公司目前在蒲種及旺沙碼朱有兩項產業計劃，蒲種首期及次期工程分別取得66%及5%的認購率，而旺沙碼朱首期及次期工程則分別取得70%及25%的認購率。
陳永標表示，公司原定於今年杪在蒲種推出15英畝的綜合式產業項目，惟產業市場放緩，將該計劃延後1至2年。
“雖然建築與產業領域已經放緩，惟公司放眼在今年內可以取得11億7千萬令吉的營業額。”
肯納格研究表示，該公司目前負債率為0.2倍，處於舒適水平，同領域為0.5倍。（ 星洲日報／財經‧The Edge專版）
