another possibility is the foreign insts. that are interested in RGB have no business operations in m'sia, so they need to repatriate the money.

everybody has its own worries and concerns due to forex loss as RM isn't tradeable. The best way to obtain the answer is either attend the AGM or email the question to the mgmt.

you are right foreign investors can always invest in RGB, no issue here. there is an issue in dividends, the dividends is paid in RM. according to MD, Datuk chuah, the foreign institutions didn't want to hold too much dvds in RM due to forex lost. As you may know, RM can only trade in M'sia, not in overseas.

I have no problem with the # of shares issued, the BOD can always do share consolidation to reduce the #ofshares, sell existing shares (new shares if needed) to foregin inst. and listed in overseas.

Regarding the share buyback, IMO, the company will rather invest the capital in new gaming machs., than to pop up the share price. how long can the share price sustain?? I think it make more sense to invest in new machs., venture into new frontiers e.g. mexico (10 machs--2017, 100 machs --2018, ????machs --2019), S American coutires, etc, and let the market decides the share price and its own course.

On Sept. 2017 news, Mexico's market had 200k mach., Peru & Columbia had 80k & 50k mach. each. according to MD, if RGB can get 5% of Mexico's market (=10k mach.), which is huge. what abt other c'tries like Peru, Columbia, etc.

I think either HKSE or SGX. strong currency = stable currency & convertible. SG is strong & stable, HKD is pegged to USD.

q4 2017 result should be good. NI in the range of 3,000k to 4,800K.
q4 2016 NI = 2,693k.

if the revenue can grow at 8% annually, which it had already achieved in 2015 & 2016, for the next 5 years, the target price should be 0.49.

from AR2016, the revenue in other countries is not significant as compared to SEA. the revenue drop by 752K btw 2015 & 2016 from other countries, where as the revenue increased by 25.36 mil in SEA during the same period. the management will focus more on engineering services & TSM in 2017.

In the 1st article, RGB had achieved the internal key performance indicator in 9 months 2016, i.e. PAT's 2016 > PAT's 2015.

In the 2nd article, 500 machines sold in 1st half, 600 sold in Q3, 190 machines in Q4 (rough estimate : RM 112500/machines in Q4 gave 21.375M in revenue)

What I am trying to say is the # of mach. sold is not evenly distributed in each quarter. In other words, for RGB, we need to look at the annual result rather than quarterly result. Make sense to anyone?

FYI, the MOU with SRI Elastomers will expire on Mar 18. hope the management will update on this matter. This will be the catalyst for CAP to go to the next level.

I hope both SRI S/B 's JV and Siburan Res. investment will not be aborted and cancelled. AGM is coming, hopefully the management will release more infor on SRI and siburan.

so far, siburan resources still making a loss. I am curious are they still in exploration stage in kirwan? when do they expect to start producing?
