Better to convert the warrants. Warrants won't get rights issue and new warrants. When price is adjusted post-rights, warrant price will get whacked and diluted. Convert warrants before rights issue and subscribe for rights in order not to be diluted. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Technically should reach RM3.75 by Jul/Aug according to MIDF. Enjoy the ride till then. Forget about daily movements.

Comparison btw Dsonic and Inari is unthinkable and beyond my comprehension. Give reasons for comparing both of them. Thanks.

Gark, I guess the players really want to see Inari holdings by Insas and Insas market cap = 1:1 when Inari's at RM3 :p

Thanks Gark :) I didn't see the previous posts. So many!! LOL! Eyes blur already lah :p

Inari and Inari-W accounts for 73% of Insas. With the rate it's going, soon Insas' holdings in Inari will equal Insas' market cap. all other businesses and assets are free. There's no reason for Insas to stay at current levels. We'll probably have to wait for the pressure cooker to explode on the upside.

Ya. Hahaha. So, it will take so much more than this to clear roadblocks. Or the cycle continues. Those who bought in today will get caught again and wait for the next upcycle to unload. Those who bought in at the next upcycle will get caught again and wait for the next next one to unload. Forever stuck at 95c...yawn...LOL. Can this 大白鲨 surprise me? :p

Let me join in the fun. Inari can go up another 100% and Insas will still get stuck at below RM1.00. It's deliberately pressed down and the minority shareholders will just get short-changed investing in this counter. Those who bought can hold for long term, too cheap to throw away anyway, but can get stuck also. Consider opportunity costs. Price action has to ask boss.

Today's actions clearly shows Insas artificially held down with millions at the selling end while Inari went ahead with 5% rise. Can switch from Inari to Insas as Insas is a massive laggard.

Its price is purposely held down IMO, indication of something occurring? How long can it withstand being held down with the increasing prices and earnings of its holdings?

Dividend is a known fact in early January already. You all don't know??!!!!! There's nothing new about dividends for this quarterly results. No point bringing this up. The share price will continue to rise with its increasing NAV and profits.

klsenoob, check what inari does and what LSI does. Thank you. Are they competitors at all?? Different products la wei. From what I see, Inari is quite at the upstream end whereas LSI is downstream. Complementary lah. More products from LSI and Avago, more contracts for Inari. Avago is holding 9% stake in Inari and contracts with Inari last till 2016 lah. Avago won't kill its own shareholding in the company lah. Aiyo...

The forever discount of WA to mother as claimed by Ken Tan....Warrants have no dividends, mother shares have dividends. Mother shares give out more than 5 sen every year, stretch it to 5 years, maybe 25 sen.
Warrants should be trading at premium of 20% perhaps (just an estimate, haven't calculated yet), taking into account the time value of the warrants. Mother share: RM1.54, warrant intrinsic value should be RM1.16, 20% premium will be RM1.39. Current warrant price: RM1.13, a discount of 26 sen.
So, warrant is discounting all the dividends to be paid over the next 5 years. That's why the 'forever' discount of Warrant as claimed by Ken Tan.

Shucks..I was about to email Inari's management and analysts who are covering Inari on it and show them Ken Tan's blog for comments. By the way, you see the high receivables from 4Q13 onwards. Most of them are from consolidation of Amertron which bumped up Inari's receivables. Inari's huge growth is in line with Avago's. Look up Avago's latest quarterly results, they're just fantastic and exceeded all the consensus estimates. Outlook is very bullish that Goldman Sachs is calling Avago their top pick. Inari and Inari-WA shares are held by Insas, Insas is a super duper cash rich and asset rich company, WTH does he care about cash from Inari? If Inari gets cash, plough them back into investments lah! Look at Avago's investments into CAPEX, it's every quarter consistently non-stop, and Inari is just following suit. Inari is 9% held by Avago, why would the boss want to risk screwing up Avago with this little profit? Like what Ken Tan said: 放长线,钓大鱼. Inari aspire to become a giant company like AAC Tech, Foxconn or Sunny Optical etc which are all smartphone/mobile devices accessories makers, what is this few hundred million that the boss want to eat up???!! Insas' Thong is known to be a very down-to-earth and conservative man with legacy stretching way back to 1960s during his father's time, why risk this reputation??? Now that Inari has acquired Amertron, Amertron will be the gateway to Inari's huge expansion as Inari could enhance and optimize Amertron's assets.
Another thing is managing share price. The tactics used by Inari as claimed by Ken Tan, is all about managing share price. If no cash to distribute dividends, don't give lah, right? Wrong in this place. Capex is more important than dividends in view of huge prospects coming from Avago. But why give dividends? To reward shareholders who believe in the company, reward Thong himself via Insas as Insas holds 36% of Inari. Manage share price with consistent dividends and huge growth. Kill a few birds with one stone. How's that for smart.

Companies like Insas are succumbed to vultures waiting to takeover the company if boss doesn't do anything. If I have more than RM700mil, I will try to takeover the whole company and realize the company's value which could fetch around RM1.2bil. I earn more than RM400mil in the process. Who doesn't want to do that? If the boss realizes this situation, he would want to exert more control of the company in order not to be taken private, or else, the company would just fall into another person's hands. Insas is a different animal now with its venture into global mobile tech business. Look at the tech companies overseas, Sunny optical, AAC Tech, Foxconn etc. They specialize in mobile devices' accessories. Inari could be going this path and become a giant. So, any comparison with Insas 10 years ago is all BS in my opinion. Just enjoy the Insas ride. I won't be disappointed for sure. All the best!

For some education, klsenoob. If I want to collect stocks on the cheap, if I have millions, I can put heavy sell queue just to scare out the weak holders so that I can buy on the cheap. It's that simple. If I want to sell, I will put heavy buy queue to boost up confidence of investors so that I can sell on the high. Nonetheless, anything can happen behind the trades, you never know what the big boys are up to. So, just stick to our convictions.

How will the existing shareholders of warrants get the new warrants? They won't and so their shareholdings will be diluted.
