What to worry.. The name of the Company already tell us that their focus is in Iskandar, not Bandar Malaysia. If I am not wrong, I remember the boss said it worth RM4.50 because of the lands in JB to be injected into IWC.

While value investment method has been proven useful & successful in many ways for more than decades, if not a century, it may not be the only one out there, for example are chart & technical & so on, but definitely thousands miles better than KYY's rules & idiot dynamic investing.

KYY's 2016 stock picks are still negative return of 12% even as at today. 2017 stock picks are just so so only, what's good to proud of? Too much talking & too little delivering. Same goes to stockmanmy.

Historically, it is done. Stock market is all about future. History will provide certain degree of future where it may be heading to.

I agree your point that SSteel can do better & the better results will transform to better price performance & return.

However, target price is always very subjective, PE8 or 10 may be too high or too low. PEMetal is another good example & market will decide.

For sharing only, when valuing a company, never use gross EPS but only diluted EPS.

You can't even work out financial projection based on the info released to the public by the directors of Jaks
