Then slowly CAP can be reorganize and restructure again under WHITE Knight. Proton ?

I see it as good news. For expertise wise and synergy. Proton can acquire CAP and maybe CAP operations can move to Tanjung Malim. Closer to Proton Factory. Then CAP can be more accountable to Proton which mean accountable to Geely.

Then CAP can change name to Proton Auto Part Holding . A subsidiary of Proton under DHB.

I have never come across a property stock ( presume the reverse take over is true) at 0.03 cents.
Check around minimum RM0.50 cents for property stock even with large cap.
Referring to good and fundamental good management property company.

But even is the reverse take over (RTO) is not true .. still chicken business. Using strong management experiences the DOH board can turn around DBE chicken business and HARUMI.

AE Multi substantial shareholder surfaces in ConnectCounty.

Chang Choon Ming , the single largest sharesholder in AE Multi Holdings owns 8.2 million at 7.68% DIRECT stake in in the company. While transaction price is not known but it closed at .012 cents

Profit from Fried chicken or selling chicken is turn to buying or developing property.

Imagine Fried Chicken business in own property not rental property.

Both side win. Son rent from Parent property. Rental will still be charged but at a competitive rate that give favor to the business in term of costing.

If we see the synergy of this two business. We will accumulate DBE not sell

If I am not wrong Ding is still on board running the chicken business while DOH concentrate on property or location for Chicken business.

Just one property injection in DBE and DOH tell the reason why buying DBE as above is enough.

DOH will not contain DBE business just in Perak. They now have a public listed vehicle.
