One thing that catch my attention, DBE control the supply , process and by the time Harumi bought the chicken form DBE remember DBE and Harumi two different entity , the cost of chicken is cheaper. Ding said Harumi profit margin is higher. He also touch on product innovation is the key to future success catering to local taste first.
