宏洋控股（BENALEC，5190，主板建筑组）尚有可供出售土地价值达4亿5500万令吉，加上持有拓填海工程经营权，希望2017财政年营业额可达到10%的增长目标。
宏洋控股董事经理拿督廖成海日前在股东大会后表示，尽管经济状况依然充满挑战，惟相信该公司在2017财政年表现将比前期好。

“主要是我们有几个工程已经开始，包括马六甲、英达岛（Pulau Indah）、丹绒比艾（Tanjung Piai）和边佳兰（Pengerang）。”

廖成海希望该公司在2017财政年，能够达到营业额增长10%的目标。

宏洋控股在2016财政年净利由845万8000令吉增长102.39%，至1711万8000令吉；营业额增长78.95%，至3亿2308万3000令吉。

廖成海说，该公司目前尚有可供出售的土地逾330英亩，售价约4亿5500万令吉。

“我们目前尚在与几个单位在洽商中，他们都是有意愿购买不同规模的土地。”

该公司在2016财政年，约65.3%的营业额贡献来自于出售马六甲土地。

宏洋控股目前分别持有丹绒比艾海事工业园区（TPMIP）和边佳兰海事工业园区（PMIP）的特许经营权，并可推动该公司未来10至15年的增长。

廖成海说，该公司已向大马CeTeau采购预制垂直排水管（PVD），目前预计将购买4架，惟将视进度而调整。

他说，每架PVD价格约1000万令吉，首架在抵达后，预计12月即可以投入安装工程。所购买的4架PVD都是用于丹绒比艾填海工程。
