When Top Glove announces a 1 billion buy, the price of Comfort is only around 0.095 cents...now only 1.05. This is huge profit?

Topgolve will takeover a non-listed company. If taking over a listed company it can't be done in short time, there are lots paperwork, shareholder voting and etc. Can't be done in 1 month time. 1 week passed, if a listed company receive the offer, they should now report to SC.

TopGlove say 99.9 done deal. If a listed company receive an offer of being acquired, they need to hold a shareholder meeting and submit documents to Bursa and make an announcement.
Why everyone still speculates is a listed company? Do you think acquired a listed company is like going kedai runcit to buy goods.

No need to panic. Anyhow Supermax stock price is undervalue. If Topglove really takeover Adventa, it's possible the other Big 2 will acquire another company to gain back market share. By the end of the day, Supermax will be acquired.
