At present the compny is on the right track working very hard to mitigate and move forward. The problem arises highly probable fm the ill manouvre and ill intention by the GOM manipulation of SKIN project and its unwarranted termination ( more inclined to political moves vigilante) which have affected overall synergy and OE of the compny and its painful for the company.

Presbhd has still substantial cash flow and liquidity...

GOM of the day displays a certain degreel of degraded integrity and trustworthiness ...political imperatives dominate the situation. Why? This system is a very important and critical to address the issue of ppl trafficking in/ out of the country. Its leads to security threat of PATI and human movement trafficking ,border crossing SOP etc

Prsent system MyIM is of 30 years of age .. has becoming obsolete and unable to cope with current env of human border crossing trafficking. Expose the country to security threat subsequently.

If not for the poitical hidden hands terminated SKIN in early 2019, the SKIN is be installed and in operation April 2020 dancing and singing.

So now still hanging decision by the GOM . Time is running out..human trafficking data seems to be not properly kept...etc

Normally ppl sceptical about RI and stock value after issued the right.

Lets understand what is IPO and rights issue?
In order to avoid dilution of stake of existing shareholders, company issues "rights" shares in proportion to their current holding. This is done when the company plans to tap the market after their IPO.

Normally ppl will tends to think that dilution will follow up. Yes in normal case its true to a certain quantum of stock value do shrink but absorbable later as the psycho market equilibrium stabilize .

The likelyhood is there because more shares are issued to the market, the stock price is logically tends to dilute and will likely go down a bit.....likely yes and no. Why!?

But in case of Preshbd , i strongly believe not much of depreciation because push and pull factor of RI issued is at very attractive price and the same amount of free warrant commensurate to the acquisition will be well absorbed the benefit to traders for sure.

Lets look why do companies issue right shares?
