Why what are the push factors?

The date has been fixed on Jan 21,22 2021. No doubt Presbhd on the upperhand and sure win.

GOM holds the liabilities..and admitted of commiting Breach of contract in earlier court preceedings and sitting.

This industrial dispute since Feb 2019 till now ...1 yr 6 months plusss dragging by the GOM...intentionally on pure ignorancea and of ill advised?
