On behalf of the Board of Directors, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that the final copy of the bylaws of the ESOS has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 24 August 2020. Accordingly, the effective date of implementation of the ESOS shall be 24 August 2020.
