@i3lurker how do you calculate TP after ex date is 27 sen? Is it based on today closing price of 0.415? I think the warrant price can be ignored because the exercise price is 49sen which almost 50% premium.

And my second question is if everyone knw they can get it at 0.27sen, why would they buy it before that, put aside the goreng scenario.

I really wonder the buyer of 600million shares today have any other motive behind, maybe to vote for no in the EGM?

Good advice from the seniors here. I think most importantly must spend lesser time reading the comment in forum, because some of the comments will make us panic and emotional.

Is it possible the institutional share holders such as EPF, KWAP can vote for disagree on the EGM? which they might propose for lesser unit Right but with higher value, since they are holding billions of unit.

To be frank, the announcement is potentially beneficial to existing share holders if you read through it. It did not mention the RI ratio and hence we might not know the actual dilution yet. Besides that the free warrant can be sell in the market and it might buffer as the compensation to the dilution. i learn plenty from the exchange of views, will look into ROA, P/B CET1, Cost: Revenue, % of non-performing loans and profitability index in comparing bank's stock. The price is reflected by the value and also the growth rate perceive by the share holder, which translated into the different chart pattern of both PBB and CIMB.

Yes, I've also read about the elder impulse system... I think in those books written by the world famous Dr Alexander Elder. I'm not sure y it is not commonly used.... probably hard to get the software. I also don't have the software for that. So I do it (the elder impulse system) in MS Excel spreadsheet. If u know how to use it (the elder impulse system) then go ahead & use it, it is a good system.
