Guys..just my 2 cents...i hv been following this counter since it was 60+ cents , I m still holding, only sold bonus shares as profit. My take is that it will rebound soon. Again this is my personal view, pls use your own discretion. Cheers !!

My thoughts....Generally, stock price will spike whenever bonus or free warrants so definitely there will be some who wants take advantage of taking profit during contra period...i dont think the sharks will allow that. so thats y selling today...my 2 cents

As stated in Section 2.3 of the announcement dated 18 August 2017 (“Announcement”), the Proposed Placement will be implemented through a bookbuilding exercise.



Therefore, the actual issue price of the Placement Shares (“Placement Issue Price”) has not been fixed. The Placement Issue Price will only be determined upon completion of the bookbuilding exercise in line with market-based principles. The minimum price was set at RM0.23 per share so that it equals the Consideration Issue Price (as defined in the Announcement), but should not be taken as the Placement Issue Price at this juncture.



In determining the key parameters for the Proposed Placement, the Board established a minimum fund-raising amount of RM122.7 million in order to be able to:



satisfy the cash portion of the Purchase Consideration; and



satisfy Ideal Jacobs group’s expected future working capital requirements.



Therefore, for illustrative purposes only and consistent with the key parameters as set out above, the pro forma outcomes/effects of the Proposed Placement as set out in table on page 10 of the Announcement (particularly on the items “Funds raised” and “Placement Issue Price”) should not be taken as the actual outcomes/effects of the Proposed Placement as the numbers will vary depending on the Placement Issue Price, which will only be determined at a later stage.



The Board will make relevant announcements pertaining to the Proposed Placement at the appropriate juncture.

I am referring to your latest announcement on private placement whereby you have agreed to a minimum price of 23 cents in your proposal.
I am an investor in your company and will like to know as to why the company has agreed for a 50% reduction for pp where else open market price of your shares are at 46 to 50 cents?
Do you know you are indirectly making the normal people feel like a fool with this proposal with many buyers like me have been short changed. From the day of announcement your shares has been falling and i am going to make this into a complain to Bursa and Securities commission as to how such a proposal can be even considered at a first place when there is there is no financial problem or any major issues with the company .. unless there is something we the public do not know.

i know that one person may not change the world but remember if we dont do something we will continuously end up like this...i can take the lost only about 1k but i thinking of so many players like me out there.

guys..i am not sure if anyone is with me....I think we need to raise this to bursa and make a lot of noise as how a company can go ahead to do pp for 50% of its market price. The problem with most companies management is that they are take small investors for a ride.
