Q3's results expected to be released by 26 or 27 May. From the company level FS of LTIG, there are about SGD9.2mil (cash + due from related) + SGD2.3mil proceeds receivables from Latitud. That means there are about RM30million cash of latitud group were taken away by LTIG right after the completion of acquisition on Jan'14. Therefore we have to take note that the conso FS of latitud as at Q3 will be lowered by RM30mil cash.

Fellow bloggers, please beware of cloudboy. He must be a hypocrite or a bad hearted person with bad intention. He asks people to sell latitude shares at current price but he himself still holds on to his 85,000shares.
He claimed that he has invested RM500,000 in latitude, I doubt so as he likes to show off and talk big. Not many people able or willing to invest RM500,000 into one counter.
If invested RM500,000, will be in the top 30 shareholders listing. Please stop bull shitting over here.
