Folks. Does anyone understand revenue recognition. The engineering project is yet to get paid, and it got deferred. The following quarter will see much higher revenue. Why panic on single quarter when order book is thick. Chill folks. I am holding, if it falls to below 10cents, buy more, keep collecting. PNB have big stake, they won’t let it drown.

yups agree with you abit bias lah if other can ask extension but sap request was denied. after cfo resining, and the new management, i believe this company will start bounce back lah. backed by the uptrend of brent price, im not surpised if the price will go back up to 0.90. just a matter of time to readjust everything back together

The ined exit looks like something wrong is going on.

The bosses would not just simply let another unnecessary negative highlight to pressure the company more without reason while their asses are already in hot spot.

If they dont have confidence they wont announce it on pc and simply drawing attention from the whole country by saying that they have a case against kpmg. Just because the initial case was possible fraud and sd attempt to challenge it, it makes them more guilty? Exactly. Even heard that kmpg even used Trucaller? an opensource apps? when they made their verifications on the vendors? and when serba dinamik showed to them an official phone bill registered under the vendor's name, the same silent treatment was given and no action was taken by them.

The statement given during the pc are clear at the moment.
Kpmg din want to continue the audit despite management has given their response towards their queries. Kmpg flagged trivial matters that is not commonly done by a big 4 company. Sub-standard auditing work procedures were present. Unprofessional uncertainties from Kpmg, at one point they wanted to stop the audit and suddenly said they wanted to continue. Purposely delayed 69 days for no reason and went silent after a big commotion has been done to Serba Dinamik. After a loss of RM4 billion. Its a clear cause already to sue kpmg. As for now, the reason to sue is justified. For sure if more details we need to wait for more progress.

I assume pc are normally made to announce something good. If its nothing they can just make a simple statement yeah? People are taking this as an opportunity.

Before pc already up. Imagine after pc. It is a good deal to get this counter now.

Well, theres a little truth about that. Yes serbadk will be swaying above 60 sen for a while, obviously. Market sentiment is not improving. No updates so far. people are circulating negativity non stop without reason. ANd then all serba got accused. How to naik when people panic. More or less the stock will be affected ma. But i dont think it will take too long. Ey must perform tip top as eyes are on them. Not even them, kpmg must be also. Their butt is on hotspot. Good feeling said everything will fall in favour of serba dinamik. Price atleast wont go lower than 60 sen for now. The final findings will come sooner than expected. And later it will rebound back once everything good.

Whoever believed that kmpg is always right and their findings confirm will hentak serba dinamik to the ground. Just so you know. Even Petron Malaysia is replacing kmpg as their auditor with pwc. Obviously they changed because kpmg is a problem. And serba dinamik didnt change kpmg is just a sign that the company putting effort to prove them wrong by not sacking them, but hire ey to double check the issue.

Price looks like it stabilising at 60 sen above. DOnt seem like it will fall further easily.

Take every action by serba dinamik into consideration. Dont just scope ur mind into the audit issue that is not even proven yet to be a fraud or anything like that. Need to look at every aspect. What has be done after and before. The company's performance, prospect, value and so on. As much as how its logical to think that kmpg must not wanting its reputation to tarnish, its reputation is not that great as how big the company is. The company have many scandal in the past. They have been fined by sec in the past for a cheating scandal. They confessed to publish a misleading report in South africa and turned a blind eye to corruption. They were sued in America by Fannie mae for malpractice due to approving years of erroneous financial statements.

Exactly. Even epf got sell sell also. they still are the substantial shareholder of the company. Still posses 9.9% or 367 million shares of the company. Awang daud also still have 1.8% or 67million shares of serbadk. Thats a lot compared to how many they disposed. Why not throw all if the ship is really sinking for good.

Serba Dinamik will surely comeback as its stock increased 4 cent to 66 cent and hopefully more in near future.

@SincereStock yeah agreed. Point take. WHen theres risk, theres opportunity. Air asia also hit its lowest when all doubt. Even then it its case, its really affected by its performance and hence the market sentiment. But now they gradually improving.

Investment is trust based. Trust with the business fundamental of the company. Serba Dinamik performance has been good for the past few years. Even now if without the issue, its business prospect is still good. Hell the price is so down now who knew it could drop this low. Buy and collect for me. Never knew when it can be this cheap.

I guess its commendable that they appoint an independent party to oversee the accuracy of the audit. And there will no representation from the management to ensure its independence. Sure they will ensure all that as Serba Dinamik is in very hot seat now, all eyes will be on them. Hopefully we can see some positive progress soon.

Lets look at other basic perspective way la. Sometimes analysis here and there will up and whats not but still down. Serba Dinamik is one of the best bumi ong companies for the past years, better than Dayang, Carimin, Uzma etc. Well supported local company, backed by PNB. Whatever their issue now might be a slight hiccup. Better buy now cause strong feeling said the issue will settle good. And things should continue to pick up again. Just my two cents thoughts.

What i learn is. Buy when other people panic. Oil also strong one the company wont collapse. But yeah depends on which company also. Serba Dinamik? I trust this one good if look at its history. Not cap ayam one.

Just let Serba do another audit by external party. KPMG is incompetent.
