If one has bought it earlier before split, the dividend return would be higher. My dividend return is 6.65% for the last 2 quarters because I bought shares earlier/cheaper and have kept it longer.

Hi sgshareinvestor, Singaporean is Chia Chor Meng, now over 8% shareholding in Pelikan. Pelikan business is in Germany, Europe. Who would not be interested, a faster entry to Europe, lots of synergies.

Based on Pelikan's reply (sklyte's posting above) the Management is implying that performance is likely to improve going forward due to the subsidiaries integration. This is more fundamental rather than technical. This new major shareholder Chia Chor Meng (Singaporean)who bought 7.8% of the company seems to be making a lot of dough. Seems to have a nose for undervalued stocks.

TP,who knows?? If history is any guide, it has reached RM4 before.
