Now is a very different scenario....reporting Q loss...plant utilisation below 50%..China Glove Co are selling lower price....

Mayb they wanna give u guys opportunity to buy such a wonderful stock at super mega discounted price leh

Number of shareholders in glove co increases by 4 to 5 times now from Pre Covid 19

Most of these so called "new long term shareholders" suffer hefty paper losses more than 50% smelly smelly

Many bought Harta at rm10+ happily during End 2020/Early 2021 after a hefty 50% plunge fm its peak of rm20+ in Aug 2020.

It plunged another 50% in 2021.

Again, many bought happily at RM5+ during End Dec 2021/Early 2022

Then it plunged another 60% in 2022.

Again many bought happily at rm1.70+ during End 2022/Early 2023.............



At current price of Rm1.40+, it has dropped more than 90% fm it's peak of RM20+ in 2020.

Good price nice price very very nice price lagi lagi nice price fm End 2020 onwards till now....

Always can happily buy low n lower n lower n lower

Another Q with hefty loss of RM230m+ or RM0.70+ per share

One thing good is u will not see Sifu-sifu's endless profit predicion 24 hours a day 7 days a week here...at least for a while

Most of us chicken rice traders cannot imagine that (buy n hold for 10 years of 100 years)....

Our hands stop then our mouth also stops...

Actually if u are rich n have lots of bullets, it's very easy to be a long term value investor....

Price drops more u buy more u scare the Co can close shop meh (unless u r very cute very innocent very soi u bought Aokam or Serbak or Xinquan etc lah)

Or else just buy n hold for 10 years or 20 years or 50 years or 100 years (say for Harta' case etc etc)...

If my memory is correct....

Philip's Pchem V1.0
Started to buy Pchem at Rm7-RM8+ during 2019/early 2020....then price plunged all the way to RM4+ during Mac/Apr 2020, then Philip used his unlimited funds (some of the money fm the sales of his in law's PB Bank n his Topglove) to average down his cost to the current RM6.00+. Since then price rebound to Rm10+ n Philip was very very happy for the last 2 years+....

That was the history....

Now, could it be the beginning of Philip's Pchem V2.0 now? Will price drops lower to RM5+ or even RM4+ in the coming months? Will Philip buy then to average down his cost to RM5+ or even lower.....n then happily wait for the rebound, just like V1.0???

Dont worry lah if Pchem continue to plunge Philip will buy more....He is a real long term value investor unlike most of u here

Warren Buffett has unlimited bullets fm his insurance company while Philip has unlimited funds from his rich in law n wife....

Drops more buy more lah...U think Pchem will close shop meh???

Wah Philip's paper gain in Pchem evaporated very fast this few days...

The Esos price of rm2.55 seems to be a strong support for the last 2 years+.

However, the coming Q results will tell n decide future price movement

I panic bought at 3.00+....its ridiculous...ex div 0.21= rm2.80+ only

touch 2.98....quite a sharp drop of 47 cents..

At this level of RM3.00+, after ex div of 21 cents = RM2.80+...quite close to their ESOS level of 2.55...should be quite safe for now

Then depends on their coming Q results

Div 0.21...also worse than my expectation...

Forex loss rm13m+ in Q4...worse than my expectation

I think they also have free toilet papers

Time for Koon to do a stem cell treatment for alzheimer

Anyway, Harta has never ever posted any Q with losses since their day 1 in Bursa.

Seems it will be a new normal (Q or yearly losses) now. Get used to it.

But fm now to the next 10 to 20 years?

If u are a long term investor like Philip, even share price drops 50% fm yr average price also no worry no sweat and can always sleep well at night

Thats' the beauty of long term investment.

As you already know by now, I always buy with a 5-10 year outlook on the long term viability of the business. Kid max say 6 years, harta say 2 years. I say harta is still flush with cash, still profitable, no chance of bankruptcy on the horizon. So my expectation of investment of 3 years is more than enough to wait, as I am enjoying dividends every quarter anyway. The question to ask is 3 years from now do you you can still buy harta at 1.6?
