Exactly, in the Q&A, they made it sounds like KPMG made the mistake, but in reality, KPMG just went to the places based on the addresses gave by Serba, called the numbers gave by Serba and etc. And when KPMG questioned Serba, Serba gave them a new address saying it was a honest mistake. Again and again. I guess KPMG was tired of this 'honest mistake', thus decided not to entertain them anymore.

I am more interested in the 12 vendor thing. KPMG said only 1 replied, and 11 did not. Then Serba go personally contact them and said all 11 replied with letter and signature and pass it to KMPG? Is it like this? and KMPG refuses to accept these 11 replies, right?
