Also, we dont know if they pledges any of their shares to the bank. So if the stock price goes up, they can go to the bank and says can we cash out XXX% as our stock price depreciated. Which explains why Karim is so desperate to push up the price. I remember in Xifu Interview he talks about doubling Serba's price within a year and then double it again and again. Go google the Xifu interview, quite recent one. This is a huge red flag.

Any CEO that talks too much about their stock price is a huge red flag for me. CEO's job is to run the company and let his performance speak via the stock price, not talk about the stock price.

my only worry is even if Serba can survive this, their future is pretty challenging. Their ratings got downgraded to B- from B+, thus their borrowing cost will increase and their bond is about to expire in 2022 if I am not mistaken. They are operating at a very tight budget, a sudden change in revenue/profit/rating/rejection of loans will greatly impact the way they operate. very very high risk.... but reward is very good too.
