The Board of Directors of Scicom (MSC) Berhad is pleased to announce that on 11 October 2016, its 100%-owned subsidiary, Scicom E Solutions Sdn Bhd (“SES”) had accepted the grant of MSC Status by the Government of Malaysia. The Government has also approved SES’s application for the Pioneer Status Incentive under the Promotion of Investments Act, 1986 for 100% income tax exemption on statutory income derived from the MSC Malaysia Qualifying Activities (hereinafter defined) for a period of 10 years from the date of the Pioneer Certificate (an application of which shall be made within twenty-four (24) months from the date of the approval letter) subject to the Conditions of the Grant.

Registrar charges is RM 6.36 and management fees is RM 2.65. The charges is per one time only.

This is what i tot also, until i received email from remiser saying, if i choose to receive cash dividend RM0.20, i still need to pay RM9.01 per 1000 shares for management fee.

1. To use dividend entitled to reinvest into MAYBANK share (reinvestment dividend portion is RM7.25 and RM0.04 payable in cash), or

“In April this year, the MCMC called the first tender of 400 towers and Instacom has participated in the tender exercise,” Instacom chief executive officer Anne Kung told The Borneo Post recently. “Of this first phase, Sarawak was given the lion share of 149 towers.
“The results of this tender is expected to be imminent and Instacom is confident it will be participating in building a substantial number of these towers.”
Kung affirmed that these 149 towers planned for Sarawak will bring cellular coverage to many rural areas currently without coverage and will surely be most welcomed by the inhabitants who have waited long for this essential service.

An old tender documents from MCMC regarding communication tower building in Malaysia announced budget 2013. There are 79 and 149 towers aimed to be build in Sabah and Sarawak respectively.
