We need people like Sslee to make bursa a better place for everyone. I appreciate his contributions. What he has brought against ALP is true to certain extent though with an element of hatred. I always accept the fact that this world is not a fair place for everyone, so i learned to live and make the best out of it. I m sure most will agree that most malaysian tycoons do not have a clean beginning but some maintained a fair image after they become successful. People are selfish and self centered in nature, aren't we ? We always feed ourselves before others. ALP is no exception. I suppose he has benefited from both RI and the RSP. This power plant will make him one of the wealthiest tycoon in malaysia, his shareholders will benefit too.

Then what is the purpose of the RPS ? Just gives out free warrants will do.

Sslee Insas do not need any capital from shareholders the whole RI is designed for controlling shareholders Dato Sri Thong and PAC.

Perhaps it acts as an defensive mechanism to prevent hostile takeover ??

Dear Sslee, thank you for your quick reply. I believe dato did not apply for MGO waiver before the expiry of the previous warrant. If Insas trades above 0.90 before the expiry of the new warrant, dato does not need to seek waiver anymore.

Dear Sslee, if I may ask, what is the purpose of giving out free warrants ? The RPS yield of 3.8% should be attractive enough to entice subscription.
