7月16日上午10时，越南海阳项目1号锅炉固定端施工电梯检测验收完成，检测机构当场宣布电梯具备投用条件，随即该台电梯正式投入现场使用。
　　电梯安装之前，机械化专业组织技术管理人员多次进行实地勘察测量，编制了科学合理安装方案，并经过多次评审，最终决定采用简便安全的施工方案：利用50t塔吊直接配合吊装。安装过程中，机械化专业科人员积极参与现场安装监督旁站，及时对属地安装人员的安装作业进行监督指导，同时专业科安全员对作业区域拉设了安全警示带，严禁作业人员进入该区域施工，并进行全过程监督，确保了整个安装过程安全有序推进。

　　历时1个多星期的加班加点，1号锅炉施工电梯先后完成箱笼安装、加节顶升、附墙安装以及四层进料平台的搭设。该台电梯投用后，方便了锅炉作业人员的上下锅炉，为1号锅炉的快速施工提供了有力保障。

6月13日，公司承建的越南海阳2×600MW燃煤电厂工程二号机组2号锅炉钢结构顺利开吊。此次吊装的立柱重14.6吨，使用M2250履带吊吊装。

6月7日9时16分，越南海阳#1-2锅炉顶板梁开始吊装，9时38分，第一根顶板梁吊装至安装位置，标志着越南海阳#1-2锅炉安装开始进入高峰期。
　　本工程#1-2锅炉顶板梁共30根，单根最重件为40T，炉后组合梁单重23T，组合后46T。此次吊装计划采用60T塔吊单吊、M2250履带吊单吊及双机抬吊的方式进行。炉后组合梁重46T，采用M2250与60T塔吊双机抬吊进行，两台吊车的负荷率分别为49.6%和67%，满足规范要求。重为40T的两根顶梁采用M2250进行单独吊装，就位时负荷率为89%，满足规范要求。剩余顶梁单重均较小，采用60T塔吊进行吊装，负荷率均在70%以下，满足规范要求。

　　为保证顺利完成此次吊装任务，热动专业组织对顶板梁吊装的现场情况及设备情况进行了摸底并排出合理的吊装计划。吊装前，项目部对吊装作业前施工准备进行了条件检查，对钢丝绳、卸扣、揽风绳等工器具进行了现场复查，对作业人员进行了现场安全、技术交底以确保顶板梁安全有序吊装。此次吊装任务计划在6月13日完成，届时将为#1-2炉汽包和受热面吊装奠定良好基础。

The Vinh Tan 1, 1,200MW thermal power plant, project in Binh Thuan Province, Vietnam by a consortium of Vinacomin and China Southern Power Grid Company is due for operation this year. Costing US$17.6b (6% cheaper than Jaks Hai Duong power plant), will receive US$368M (inclusive of fixed maintenence fees of about US$20M) in capacity payment in the first year when both power units are in operation. Jaks' power project was awarded during the same period, there should be great similarity in terms and conditions for both projects. Proportionally, Jaks Hai Duong will receive US$391M in first year capacity payment. Net of interest payment and depreciation, its profits will be arround US$240M. Jaks' 30% share is US$72M (RM288M). Billed separately, Energy charge payments will take care of the cost of electricity generation. Depending of efficiency, Energy payments may result in additional profits.

When Jaks acquired additional 10% ownership from cpecc, its profit will be more.

Jaks does not have the capability both financially and technically to take on the US$1.87b power plant by itself. That is why CPECC was brought in as partner to be fully responsible for the construction of the project. Jaks probably handles the vietnam gov't . CPECC has completed 49,000MW of coal power plant globally.

　　此次汽包吊装作业是公司第一台海外30MW等级汽包吊装，采用国产劳辛格和公司自制吊装扁担梁，是截止目前公司在海外吊装的相对提升距离最高（超过50米）、绝对重量最重的（超过180吨）的大件。

　　该汽包外径长Φ1844毫米，壁厚160毫米，直段长21.78米，全长约24.19米，总重约184吨，汽包就位中心线标高为52.673米。为保障汽包到场后能够及时完成吊装作业，项目部超前策划，提前规划进场道路并对其进行硬化，及时组织液压提升专用吊具进场，认真编写吊装方案供公司、总包及OE审批。因汽包采用海运方式，项目部提前安排技术人员协同物流公司对汽包装船方向及相关技术参数进行核实，确保汽包到场后快速组织施工。汽包吊装前，项目部机械化专业科对班组进行了安全技术交底，并组织多部门按照专项准备工作检查要求，对承重钢架螺栓紧固情况，吊装系统调试情况，起吊工器具等进行专项检查落实，确保万无一失。汽包吊装过程中，项目部主要管理人员及项目领导全程监护，做好过程指导和监督，确保汽包吊装顺利完成。
