MMC, anything below RM1, can buy in !

MMC at current price of RM0.87 still very much under value come wth huge safety of margin and also provide us once in a life time opportunity to buy in MMC at this level ....cheerrsss!

Based on MACD chart, MMC price enter BULLISH territory and break through RM1 resistance is pretty much well ahead than my own expectation.....I'm not suprise, just look at the Q volume at RM0.90, more than 30mil ++ shares!!! (INSANE!)....to make this statement strong, the Q is NOT A FAKE Q , I look at how much investors dispose at RM0.90, the Q volume stand intact n no withdrawal n stand strongly to take on investor disposal!!!....
pls think logical who are the one has so powerful buying power to absord the sell at RM0.90 wth crazy huge Q volume?....the retail player ??....UNLIKELY.....

I rated 99.9% major huge Q at RM0.90 is by institutional fund !!!

Why institutional fund snap up MMC shares in big way ???

My thought@possibility (coz I'm not fortune teller)

1)Still REMEMBER PNB HOSTILE TAKEOVER ON SP SETIA ??? The big Q exactly same pattern like how it was look like before PNB announce take over on SP Setia (during that time, PNB only hold SP Setia less than 15%, but PNB& it's related fund currently hold MMC more than 21%)....I personally make quite substantial profit on PNB take over exercise at SP Setia due to my low entry price n PNB premium take over offered price !
I always said, dont write off possibility that one of the major shareholder might take MMC private at some premium, just said premium at 50% of RM0.90, it's just come at price of RM1.35 which is still far below MMC NTA of RM3.08!!!

2)Institutional fund need a good return to announce dividend to their investor especially PNB and related fund

3)MMC is the company who are least affected on this pandemic outbreak....wth low return at capital market and cheap borrowing rate, institutional fund need a company to park their fund n generate reasonable return

4)MMC confidently expected to make profit for financial year 2020

5)MMC confidently expected to give out dividend for financial year 2020

6)Weak RM is advantage for Port Business and low oil price is good for MMC overall business....this is one of the institutional fund consideration as well

7)Low interest rate regime is doing great for MMC company and low interest rate in borrowing is doing great for institutional fund to invest at good company who can generate good profit and giving out dividend n sametime uptrend at capital appreciation

8)Possibility of reviving of HSR.....MMC engineering stand a high chance to get a slice of cake of this HSR contract eventhough newspaper listed YTL-TH, MRCB-GAMUDA is frontrunner....but pls bear in mind, MMC base is JOHOR come wth their track record at infra work!!!

9)Possible on big acquisition at oversea assets !

10)Most powerful catalyst for institutional fund buy in MMC is their MMC PORT LISTING !!!!!!

I believe is profit taking.....I'm longterm player (2 to 5 years investment horizon), I never concern & never worried at MMC daily price fluctuation ....I only focus at MMC business and bottomline @ quarterly results ...I will dispose MMC even at loss if MMC register 2 consecutive quarterly losses....as long as MMC still register profit, I will hold on until it break RM2.....then only i will revisit my portfolio n decision to hold on or dispose above RM2....my 2 cents opinion

We analyse stock base on fact n number , we try NOT to make general statement or malicious statement which unfair to company management or shareholder

Wth the weaken of RM, it was another good catalyst for MMC Port Business, coz the port charges will be lower n MMC port will be preferable destination

Anything above RM1.50, we retail player dont chase n we wait n see till MMC breakthrough RM2....then only we decide to dispose or hold on (every much depend on MMC performance )....if the duck still laying a golden egg, I don't see the reason behind to dispose it

The lower price for MMC, is better for us as retail investor to accumulate...MMC is SHOUTING BUY as long as the price below RM1....huge SAFETY OF MARGIN buffer

So far , based on my observation, this MMC i3 investor forum is the best , warm, friendly,sincere and no hatred in sharing the info ...most important, we dont have hidden agenda n our main focus n objective to make sure major of us as retail investor can make good big profit n we can beat the institutional investment fund performance!

I will slowly dispose MMC when it breakthrough RM2.....even though the NTA is RM3.08 but dont be greedy......enough for me if dispose at RM2 n above and meantime I enjoy the dividend yield which higher than FD ,bond or insurance investment product

###MMC use to be above RM2 from 2010 till 2017

I personally buy in n accumulate slowly from higher of RM1.02, RM0.98, RM0.84, RM0.76, RM0.65, RM0.52& RM0.485 (during downtrend ) ....then keep accumulate slowly from RM0.62, RM0.700, RM0.725,RM0.805 & yesterday RM0.835 (during uptrend)

All my entire saving & investment fund only invest at this ONE STOCK@ SUPER STOCK OF MMC!!!
