If base on Urusharta Jemaah selling characteristic& the recent press interview wth their CEO, I do believe Urus has been stop selling , they need to keep their stake below 5% to reposition their investment portfolio

Superman , my personal opinion....why MMC price hovering at below RM0.70 ? a lot of accumulation by smart money , syndicate or big fund need sufficient share before pushing MMC share price breakthroughs resistant of RM0.70

Break through the resistance of RM0.70, MMC will test the next upward resistance of RM0.76

With the weak sentiment today couple wth two.days consecutive down at DJIA, MMC hold steady and seem the strong support

Datuk Seri Che Khalid bought MMC shares as below :
1)20/03/2020
300,000 units
2)23/03/2020
300,000 units

Another MMC director Dato' Abdul Hamid also acquire MMC share on 23/03/2020 , 500,000 units

Then let say the MMC sahre price exceed RM1, we keep wait n see attitude n enjoy the dividend income then only dispose if the price above RM2 or MMC suffer two consecutive quarterly loss

My opinion, can buy below RM1 but dont repeat my mistake buy at RM1.02 due to I'm too excited

Datuk Seri Che Khalid approach during his tenure at Tenaga & DRB Hicom company, he never buy a single share .....so, hope that you got the point

Trust me , you will make a big gain in this MMC, i just sharing what knowledge I have wth no hidden agenda....but I will be more happy n max satisfaction if my deep & comprehensive info about MMC can make someone to make good profit
Wth MMC daily volume of transactions of more than 10mil share, you n me buy or sell, wont impact at MC price
But I believe we are able to beat fund manager or big shark performance if we truly stay focus n buy into super undervalue good stock before it flying in price

MMC to report 2020 1st quarter result by end of May 2020

if 1st quarter result is in positive territory plus dividend to be ex on 2nd June 2020, you can expect the MMC price to surge beyond RM0.80

Even I'm not invest at BAT , but it quite safe if invest at current level....based on MACD technical analysis, this stock at uptrend n strong support

From technical aspect, if not Urusharta Jemaah continuously disposed MMC shares, from 233.8mil shares@7.68% to below 5%....I personally believe MMC dhare will surge above RM0.80

Urusharta Jemaah not only disposing MMC, this fund almost dispose every stock under his stable such as Lion industry, Pakson, Mah Sing, Suria Capital n etc.....almost all disposed at loss...

Base on MMC 2018 annual report dated 15/03/2019, EPF still hold 5.02% but cease to be substantial shareholder due single holding block dip below 5% but overall still hold above 5% as below
4.75%(no 4 shareholder)+ 0.14%(no 21 shareholder)+0.13(no 22 shareholder) = 5.02%

EPF also shareholder to MMC Corp

EPF continue to acquire Malakoff share since few month till now.....it was indirect a good news to us as MMC shareholder since Malakoff is 38.9% own by MMC

What the catalyst to move the MMC share price n why MMC much safer compare invest in other bluechip counter ?

1)deep discount compare wth NTA

2)historical low and you got the cheaper price after MMC build & grow his business for the past 20 years !
