Whatever list you see in annual report on big companies holding this shares could also be proxy's. So don't think big fish are holding on to this share.

If this company share goes up, I'm happy.
But I don't see the company share's the same view.

Now the company wants money to move on without bank borrowing. So the PP comes in.

People are scared to go in this company. Even announce Big projects like ECRL, Kota Bharu Airport, Bandar Malaysia or even High Speed Rail to Singapore there's no guarantee that the price of this share will be justified.
This is the problem when Directors are manipulating their own shares!

Vivocom has many projects in hand. If no receivables on time than they need money to move on. It's good they don't want to borrow from the bank and PP is another option to find the funds.
But are the PP buyers buying because they belief in this company for long term. If they do, what are they gaining since there's no dividends declared. They must have a reason picking up the PP.

Fine they cannot sell the present PP before 18 months but it doesn't mean they cannot sell the shares that they have prior to it.

The problem with this company, the Directors don't come out to talk to their shareholders. Basically we retailers.

IF this company is moving up, today finally they need money to finance.
Clear cut of PP.
Even when they get CRCC/future projects they need more money.
Because collection will not be on time (that's a fact).
So, how are they going to generate more investors by keeping their share price down and continue PP at this low price?

Yes, every shares introduced will dilute the share price.
Anyway if share price @ 0.40, making a pp makes Sense. Company generates more cash. Even if dilutes the share price thereafter is not bad.

Just looking at the meaning of pp, quite sure a company would have the people/private sector to take it up in full to generate cash before making a decision to issue one.
The only question sometimes is whether the party which is taking up the pp are long term investors or to sell it off for a quick buck (since their getting a discount from 5 days average which will still profitable).
