Why need to goreng up like other counters in Bursa?

For investors or investing in a good company, will not wait for a stock to be goreng'ed up.
The company and it's share price should rise in accordance of their performance and also for Directors of the company to come out and talk to shareholders on what direction is the company moving.

For the company for time being they might only need this amount of money to move on without bank borrowing.
