Condo now worth 400k. Beli harga 243k ja, itu time. When MRT Line 1 is completed in 2017, it could go up to 600k.

As for stocks, gua ambik loan 150k, top up with own money 50k. When WB was 56, it was worth nearly 570k. It will come again, no prob.

I don't do all-the-time worrying like some people seem to like to do. I like to be building my wealth while havin good fun.

I accepted. Took the dare. So, got 410 big lots of Rights shares by qualification, and another 40 excess Rights shares by application. Thereby obtained 123 free WB warrants.

Post RI, my average cost came down to about 24 sen, while post-RI Mother price was about 22 sen.

Converted all Mother to WB around March 2013, when Mother was about 30 and WB about 20.

The rest is history.

Gotta play with balls. Otherwise, better don't play at all.

Maybe you don't have a regular job. That could be why you have loan phobia.

Taking personal loan to buy stocks is no different from taking property loan to buy a condo. Both are systematic investment strategies. One could even take both at the same time.

As long as your monthly cash flow can accommodate your monthly loan repayment installments, then there should be no problem.
