(2) Assuming also: RI acceptors to be 'rewarded' with 30% immediate gain over RI price, post RI, as happened after previous RI in October-November 2013.

(3) Reasoning & validity: this same logic and formula also worked for the previous RI, where RI offer price was 17.5 sen and RI basis was 41 for 10 (i.e. 41 Rights shares for every 10 existing shares), and 'managed' market price for Suma around RI offer closure deadline date was 50 sen.

Now, to give RI acceptors a sense of 30% immediate profit over RI offer price, average price of 3 shares (1 Rights share & 2 existing shares) upon downwatd adjustment, post-RI completion, must equal 1.3 x RI price, i.e. 1.3 x 40 sen, i.e. 52 sen.

So for every Rights share bought at 40 sen, an RI acceptor can sell it immediately post-RI at 52 sen, giving him a sense of 30% immediate profit.

Now, for this to be achieved, the total price of 3 shares (1 Rights share & 2 existing shares) upon downward adjustment, post-RI completion, must equal 52 sen x 3, i.e. RM1.56

Which means that 'managed' price pre-RI completion (near RI offer closure deadline date) must equal (1.56 - 40)/2, i.e. 1.16/2, i.e. 58 sen.

(4) This is just a rough guesstimate. It does not take into account the free warrants, which can be considered as an additional incentive for accepting investing risk. If one believes it, one can use it as an approximate guide. If one does not, just forget about it and move on.
