麥格理銀行（Macquarie Bank）或收購艾力斯（IRIS，0010，創業板科技）4.5%股權，使該股今日在場上交投活絡

該公司昨日向馬證交所報備指出，與麥格理銀行簽下認購協議，向它發行1億新股，每股15仙。這是該公司去年11月宣布的私下配售計劃中一部分，預期透過私下配售籌資5169萬令吉用作營運資本、未來業務發展或投資。

艾力斯指出，該公司將會分幾次執行私下配售計劃，而每次的認購股供投資者在12個月內隨時認購。
