Any one has news on this counter

Would appreciate if someone can really tell us the main reason for the drop in profit/earnings in the recent Qtr. Moving ahead, what is the Mgmt hindsight in regard to the future earnings.

Some lucky ppl managed to buy this morning at RM3.70 and RM3.71. I missed it

Very sickening counter dropping from RM0.32 in early June until 29 Jun to RM0.19 and closed at RM0.18 on 30/06/17 (ex-Rights Issue). Guess what will be the takeup rate of the rights issue if the ex-price is RM0.17 to RM0.18. Similar case like Asiabio that after ex-consolidation the price dropped as low as RM0.15 which below the issue price of ESOS of RM0.165

Orion NTA is only RM0.015 whereas AT's NTA is RM0.076 But Orion share price is now RM0.18 after ex-Rights Issue whilst AT share price is still RM0.045 to RM0.05. Why arh?

Very difficult to move until it can show good results. Unless you are willing to buy and keep it for at least 1 year otherwise better to play other active counters

Forum here is for ppl to share their views and thots regarding share investings and not to quarrel or "screw" each other. Think everyone would agree that we need constructive opionions/views than smearings each other with vulgar words. Anyway, I believe you don't have to dispose of all your holdings as my 6sense tells me that it will move up to RM4.20 to RM4.50 b4 next Qtr results. Whatever some said about Penta staff grievances, I know what is happening inside,,,,,, staff working long hours even on Raya holidays to meet their dealine of their deliverables. So good or bad up to you to assume. Mgmt does reward these hardworking staff but it is that some could not take such stress and pressure of their work. What to do ...... got business to do also complain; no business also complain when retrenched. Just don't put all your eggs in one basket as we know nothing is certain in this world........ spread out your portfolio investing. Thanks, my view only and not a call for any BUY decision

@darrenliew - on 19/05/2017, Notion sold (in open market) all its treasury shares (total of 2,150,273 shares) at price per share of RM1.27 - RM1.29 for total cash in of RM2,723,493.55.

Should these ppl be clearly implicated that they had misappropriated or misuse of Co. funds. then they shld be legally charged and punished accordingly. Looks like such white collar crimes cannot be prosecuted and brought to justice by MACC who are just dramatizing their duties on the small fishes only instead of the BIG sharks. Adios Malaysia

Nxt Qtr results will be released in end Jul or early Aug, and confident that it will be good. My gut feeling that its share price shd touch RM4.30 - 4.50 by early Aug. Also their proposal to list the subsidiary Automation Co. in HK Xchange may give some catalyst to its price. Just my view, pls.... not a Buy call. I am small investor only lah

Noted that Notion shares difficult to move up bcos you can see a lot of ESOS listings @ RM0.80 and employees will sell to make margin gain of more RM0.30 (RM1.16 - RM0.80). Furthermore, there will also be selling from the private placement (not sure what their price)

@Maxireturn - How reliable is your news. If they received big order there can be some visible tail signs, for example increase in manpower or longer working hours for the staff (overtime); increase in inventories, recruitment of workers, etc Can get these from some of the ppl working inside the Co,

Since SP Setia is the one taking over I & P, they (SP Setia Mgmt) will kick out the useless Mgmt team of I & P unless there is political intervention from behind.

unless you have some concrete news, be it bad or good, pls don't simply spread rumours as it may cause newbies to act on your false news. Don't simply say you have internal news ... he is just a ordinary worker ; only those in Sales & Finance (esp head of Sales/Finance) may know the true financial status of the Co. going forward. It's true that Penta has gone up very high since early 2016 and one need to focus on your own financial risk should the market react adversely.

All sifu in 3i are nonesense. When market in the bull stage whatever you forecast/predict will move sooner or later and then these sifu claimed their credits. Better use your own 6 sense and rationalise what and when to go in...... Take care

RHB Research recommends a buy with TP above RM1 under their small cap listing. Frankly I noted that RHb Research recommendations on their other previous counters (eg. Dsonic, Senergy, etc) are all nonesense. Need not take professionals and MSE to write such reports. HLInvest and PublicInvest are better than RHb Research

Any one can share your thoughts on why there is high movement of shareholdings in unisem. Don't know whether it is timely to go in this counter

Failure of FGV is purely the mismanagement of funds by the Top Mgmt who are politically linked. In the end no one to be blame except the Govt. will be the good guy again and use tax payers fund to save the company and to make the Felda shareholders happy again.

Pls note that I don't speculate any rumour of bonus issue or any fake news to instigate ppl to buy bcos I myself do not like read such stupid talk or news. I know that Penta is currently doing well and may reveal good financial results in the next quarter. On the issue on bonus or share split, it is just my personal view which I think that Penta MAY give since they are not giving us dividends. Frankly I have no TP for this Penta and I will just sell or buy depending on my own strategy and decisions ......

Possible that Penta may either declare bonus or share split to reward shareholders since they are keeping the dividends for co. growth and expansion. Expecting their new factory in Batu Kawan in Mainland to start operations.

Something good coming or something fishy going on since Mr Chai has been accummulating so much shares since 2016 although the Co. P&L has been negative and doesn't seem to improve. Some views or comments from some kind soul, pls.

Till now, still waiting for some kind soul to update the outcome/issues/matter raised and discussed by Mgmt during the AGM. We need to know where is the Mgmt taking the Co to the next growth level in order to justify that the price will have the catalyst to move up further

Why never hear from anyone attending the AGM the issue/matter discussed. Did any one ask the Mgmt what is their future growth and strategy of the Co.. What are their new products or customers for future growth. Any plan for private placement or rights issues for funds for their new expansion; bonus issue or shares split since Penta shares (@rm0.50) and most of tech shares are at RM0.10 or less.
Would appreciate any updates from any one, pls

Well, keep your fingers crossed at tomorrow AGM, hope CEO, Mr Chuah gives some cataylst to move the penta higher....... bright prospects with future higher sales as Penta will be moving to their factory in Batu Kawan soon. Cheerio !!!! Too far for me to attend the AGM lah.... best of luck
